@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Do you know what's better than having to wait for an engineer to fix an issue? Having no contact from an engineer and my appointment being cancelled without my knowing? Then being on hold for 15 minutes to be told we'll book you in for tomorrow.

@bt_uk Thanks I’ve just done that and it said that the connection is fine which is true we can connect it’s just really slow. It’s not a problem with connection at home bc it only went slow today after openreach were working here

@bt_uk 2 hours on the phone from 6pm-8pm for an operator to then say sorry our phone lines close at 8pm. 2hours in the phone!. And still not sort my issue! Outrageous

@bt_uk Can someone please explain why from the 17/02-02/03/2021 my elderly mother was without any service and up until today no compensation of any type to account for those out of service days!! Disgusting BT!!!!
