    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    Hey @bt_uk can someone take a look at a fault I've raised as my internet is completley down but the fault is logged as "slow internet" not "not working at all" also I think three days for this to be repaired is pathetic.

    @bt_uk Once again a massive thank you to #LukeinLincoln. When everyone else was refusing to help me, he turned things around. What did he do? He provided me great customer service, he provided me a solution that ensured I had a running wifi, he made sure to stay in contact.

    @bt_uk Told by online team to call your connections team since they cannot help. Called, waited 30 mins to get a person, when I did they said they had to transfer me to another department. Now waiting 22 mins for another person. All 4 a Smart Hub 2 I was to get months ago. Terrible svc

    @bt_uk Tried to get help for a very elderly lady who's line is down and does not have a mobile or any family, was told unless I had permission to put my name on the account nothing could be done this is someone I do not even know transcript of conversation available

    I'm with BT and mine has been put back yet again, was due today no updates at all from @bt_uk nor @OpenreachHelp an absolute joke and poor discourteous service, very unhappy with them and will never recommend BT & BT Openreach to anyone. #poorservice #terrible

    Hello @BTBusiness @BTCare we’ve been waiting for our phone and broadband to be installed since 3rd September. Having no joy with your agents online, by phone or email. We would like to escalate this as a complaint as it’s now impacting our beneficiaries.

    What's the point of your complaint's system BT you close a case on the same day, 27/09/22 without any answers just in the hope it goes away. Utter joke, and to add insult to injury my engineer visit due today has been put back yet another month @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp are #Rubbish
