@btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

@bt_uk If you think it is unacceptable I thought there may be some way of speeding up the process. It seems crazy that it would take 12 days to fix an issue. I moved into my new property on 28th May and seemingly won’t have broadband until 30th June at the earliest.
