    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    Amazing work yet again @bt_uk 2 months, 1 failed installation and now you send a poor contract worker to instal which he isn’t qualified to do... couldn’t make this up. All we want is some WiFi yet BT don’t know how to set it up! BT will be in touch in next 72hours 😡😡😡😡😡

    @bt_uk At exactly 5pm Alexa calls. As I was on a work call I couldn't answer. Great a message was left. Not I'll try again shortly. No rescheduled for tomorrow evening. I'm only worth 1 attempt to see how the service has been? It's been awful. I want to end my contract!!!

    It's highly ironic that even when cancelling @bt_uk they try their hardest to squeeze money out of you. Not only with confusing in contract cancellation charges, but also refusing to cancel more than one thing at a time! *Sigh*

    @bt_uk @mrbarryrobinson I've had the same problem all afternoon. There's obviously a problem but the info on service checker now just says that 'a fix date' can't be given. Really not great!
