    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

    Tried phoning @bt_uk to see how to cancel or at least reduce our services. Was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Unsurprisingly their website only has options to add to the services they provide you.

    @bt_uk i was told i would be updated on the “outage” situation in my area? This is disgraceful i seem to be the only one complaining about this? Why am i being told a complete lie? Other people on BT in my area are fine.

    @bt_uk They said that the problem was with the master socket, which they changed. It worked yesterday, but today it's been dropping out. I'm trying to phone BT now, on hold for over 20 minutes. Just goes to show how many people are experiencing. I'm paying you over £80 for a £5 service

    @bt_uk I live in an area where full fibre still isn't available. My speed dropped from 52mb to about 29mb. I spent 1.5hr on phone to be told - Speed was going down anyway because line 'aging' - You won't do anything about it - I still have to pay an outrageous price for it. 1/2

    @bt_uk have the worst internet I have come across. 2 weeks straight kept freezing and the router decides to reboot every 30 minutes. Charging me per month for what 🙄🙄
