@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

@bt_uk When you say book a new appointment-do you mean book a new moving home appointment, it’s not very clear. When I spoke to your colleague on the phone yesterday about the cut cable - he said the engineer would report a broken line - but the engineer never turned up.
