@bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

@bt_uk Thanks for checking in Dee. I spoke to a helpful chap at BT last night who got us a 4g hub sent out so that's good. It arrived today. Looks like we have another issue somewhere else on our line now but engineer booked for Tuesday so fingers crossed.

@bt_uk our phone has gone down with no warning, no dial tone. Smart Hub is flashing purple. This has never happened before. But you say no fix until 10th November. Terrible service!

@bt_uk The issue has returned, however only terrestrial channels. Our signal strength shows as weak, but it has never done so before. We only had the aerial installed a few months ago as our property is a new build.
