    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

    @bt_uk we have been having problems with your services for weeks, now fir sone reason you have changed our telephone number and today topped the lot with NO internet😡 My mobile relies on the wifi because your lack of masts. NO INTERNET NO LAND LINE VIRTUALLY NO MOBILE CHAT

    @bt_uk 70 minutes being passed between chat agents again tonight trying to get an answer to a simple question about the move to Digital Voice.. all I got was “i’ll be right with you...” Poor customer service.

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. Sorry we can't yet tell you when your service (order VOL013-571367868688) will be ready, but we're working with the Openreach engineering team to figure out the fastest way to get it up and running. We'll contact you again within 3 working days' of sending this

    @bt_uk could you confirm there is a major outage in my area? This is what the team has told me however I don’t know anyone else that is having this problem and finding it a bit weird
