    @bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

    @SkyHelpTeam Your WiFi is so slow and keeps disconnecting. I pay for broadband boost which is still no good. I left @BTCare which worked great. I joined your Sky broadband in November can I leave without penalty or am I stuck with your crap for 18 months?

    @bt_uk fault has finally been fixed & when I asked about compensation your advisor at 1.28pm today he deliberately cut me off when I said I wanted to lodge an official complaint about the amount of compensation he offered. you really are a poor company for #CustomerService

    @bt_uk useless service. Internet due to be switched last Friday and they couldn't do it. Rescheduled for today and nobody has turned up - useless. Are you going to reimburse my partner and I for loss of earnings as we can't work from home without internet?!

    @bt_uk Hi, I signed up in December and received first 3 mths free in Black Friday deal. 1st bill arrived - had to ring as I was charged. 2nd bill - have to ring as I've been charged. What do you think's going to happen on my 3rd bill? Any chance you can help?

    @bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk very disappointed how an engineer can attend site to fix issues and then within half hour of them leaving the issue has got worse. Not good customer service or a good experience at all. Cant speak to anyone as all automated #poorcustomerservice #vulnerable

    @bt_uk So having had the equipment despatched I’ve just received an SMS saying the installation now will NOT be going ahead? Is that true? When is it going to be rescheduled for? What happens to my existing Sky service, will that continue or have you already told them to disconnect?

    @bt_uk Unfortunately I have resorted to this as even your serious complaints team have breached there 5 days to get back to me after admitting you were at fault via the poor call handler who I spoke to !

    @aboyd91 @bt_uk Don't do it. It will be the worst mistake you make! We've had 3 months of problems with bt and they still can't get it right. We are leaving them if they cant do it this time
