@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk It’s still as bad as when we phoned you earlier in the week. All the Apps are completely unwatchable, apart from Netflix. One of your agents said she’d phone back early Mon night to discuss further. But so far, appalling, broken service.

@bt_uk I’ve got the box now had to live track it and wait outside a house that wasn’t even mine anymore, not even sure I can do that. Please can you raise a complaint around this I can’t tell you how much trouble this has caused
