    @bt_uk 24 years service with BT now a pensioner. Why can't I get any discount on BT Sport? Really think we get a raw deal with any perks.

    @bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @btsport Why do BT pensioners get nothing in the way of perks? Just a couple of free match passes a season would cost nothing. We are still overlooked as ambassadors for the brand. Times are hard. Please help.

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

    @btbusinesscare we are a small business in Edinburgh. Our phone line and internet has been down since the 6th of October. The fault has been reported numerous times but alas to no avail. It seems BT is not interested in our loss of business. The Garage Edinburgh.

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @btbusinesscare Once again I find myself wasting valuable time trying to sort an issue. Your advisers won't talk to me because they say my account name is wrong - it isn't I'm looking at a bill! I want to take all our lines services somewhere else!!!!
