@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@TalkTalk - slow/dropping/no internet connection. @bt_uk landline is crackling too so may be part of the problem. Was told it was “fixed” so cancelled Openreach engineer visit as cannot take time off work unnecessarily but it’s gone again.

@bt_uk @Wylo4x4 BT have the rights to the WRC "All Live" feed for every WRC round. But EVERY RALLY BT ALWAYS let me, and other customers down when they pull the feed off their main and 'Extra' channels. You have the channel capacity, so why are you letting us down when we pay for this coverage?

@bt_uk Yeah it is flashing purple , my bad , just wasn’t sure with the last message whether you knew it was flashing purple or just continuously purple. I can change the splitter/filter when I get back. Presumed it was a infrastructure issue due to nothing being touched before it broke
