    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    Truly terrific service from #BT. They contacted me to say my broadband was a bit slow. Engineer came. Problem I wasn't even aware of sorted. It may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Your broadband has been crap this week. Every day from 1pm till 9pm hardly anything works. Sort out the bandwidth for your paying customers.
