@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@ConinaUK @bt_uk Last time they made me upgrade my hub I didn't have to pay for it as long as I returned the old one to them within a certain amount of time. Don't know if that's still the case. When they fix your line having an up to date hub is good, though.

@bt_uk @yavannauk Hi Mat. I have sent 3 DMs this evening. Your colleague assured me someone would be happy to help if I "still" experienced problems once the new hub was connected. Given the fault is on the line outside my home, I am indeed still experiencing problems!

@bt_uk I’ve tried but your company won’t help. In September you changed my contract automatically and started charging £20 more in a monthly basis. Never notified.
