@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@btsport Why do BT pensioners get nothing in the way of perks? Just a couple of free match passes a season would cost nothing. We are still overlooked as ambassadors for the brand. Times are hard. Please help.

@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom
