@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk I'm already registered with that but as you surely know it doesn't stop many calls. Which is why you developed Call Protect. I pay a lot of money for this line. It's shoddy I don't get the same service as people paying a lot less.

@bt_uk what’s going on with your broadband service, my bt states on going problems expected to be fixed shortly, rang contact number says major outage but will be fixed in next two hours but that was at 2.00am and it’s now 5 hours later. How am I meant to work today

@bt_uk Hi, We had now Tv which we paid directly to them but we recently upgraded the BT TV package which included Now TV and you took over the Now TV account but we are still paying directly to now tv and bt? How do I cancel the original now tv pass ?
