@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk We’ve already been in touch with BT on multiple occasions. The answer given is you need to pay more for guaranteed wifi signal over the whole home. This is in a small flat of under 100 square meters….

@bt_uk Hi BT, my broadband is yet again useless, I have tried to report it and you log it as a phone line fault which you received 6 days ago and no action from you. Its impossible to contact you hence the twitter message. Not a good service !

@bt_uk My internet has gone down happens quite often around this time this has happened a few times when trying to access the internet I was greeted by a page that told me to call a number upon calling the number I was advised that you are only open until 9pm please advise
