@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@OpenreachHelp @zenxv @bt_uk Also remember that these areas likely have more elderly population, who in emergency situations (severe weather, power out) will have no access to support or call emergency services. The offered 60 min battery backup is derisory. Headlong rush to "upgrade" is likely to cause harm

@OpenreachHelp @zenxv Its not more reliable for those in parts of the country with poor/non-existent mobile coverage & long duration power cuts: we won't have any phone service when power is out. Suppliers (@bt_uk) won't allow opt-out or delay so its a backward step: reckless disregard for safety
