@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

As with every week, the sound mixing on the highlights version of #WWESmackdown on @btsportwwe @btsport is absolutely terrible and you can’t hear a word the commentators are saying. Same on Raw and NXT. Doesn’t happen with the ‘live’ version.

@bt_uk Hi, I do not have WiFi issues, I have issues with the speed I am getting which is 3mbps. I am astounded at the pressuring tactics used to try and sell WiFi adaptors!! I have a fault on the line 100%. I work for Openreach and can see I have a battery fault on the line.
