    @bt_uk please help. Bought business internet. Not connected now for TWO months still waiting on an engineer to come out and connect us - your system says we’re connected. It’s impossible cuz we’ve no phone line or physical line to the premises. Can’t get through to anyone.

    So here’s the price of loyalty if I sign a 2 year internet phone deal as an existing customer with @bt_uk they’ll charge me £62 pm .. if I move to another OpenReach company £29 .. with all due respect @bt_uk you can go fck yourselves if you think I’m staying with you

    @bt_uk is there a problem with apps on You View box? When I go to Netflix, prime or any other app, it goes back to the app listing and does not load. I have reset and this fixed the issue for a short while.

    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    @perfectplex @bt_uk Watching something or downloading is fine. Only issue i seem to have is zoom!
