I don’t understand how you can turn my service off remotely but then I need a whole new account (which I intend to cancel when @virginmedia sort their stuff out) and have to wait a week just to turn it back

Sam (@reltubmas) reported@bt_uk Thanks, I’m in the middle of that process now. Couple Qs: is this a known local outage or could it just be to us? Also is there a rough idea of how long this could take? It’s costing me money while ever it’s down
