    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    Hi @bt_uk. I've had no Internet service for three days, and the estimated fix time on your service status page is now 27 Feb. I work from home so this is obviously a problem. Do you have any information as to why it's taking so long? Can DM number. Thank you.

    @bt_uk what's happening in Warrington? Broadband is down. Been told there is an issue in the area but no one else seems to have an issue when looking online. Was working fine this morning went down at lunch time and still not back on

    Hi @bt_uk. Since you insisted on charging me £70+/month for the broadband you’re offering to new customers for well under half that, I’m changing to @skytv after more than 10 years with you. Could’ve kept a loyal customer, but your rep wasn’t interested.

    @bt_uk what a shambles! My new service was supposed to go live yesterday but I’m still waiting! No one offers to help. No one calls u back. Absolutely disgraceful! Emailed CEO but no doubt I’ll be ignored! When are my services going to go live? I’m paying for nothing!

    What a shambles @bt_uk putting bill up 14.4% @EE putting bill up 10% @OctopusEnergy unit cost up 490% and bill more than doubled. Mortgage rates doubled. Fuel and Food up. Well done to everyone who supported lockdown, shut down the world, destroyed the economy. Great work

    @bt_uk after having my service disconnected and engineers not showing up I've been met with awful customer service and been unable to speak to a manager. Gobsmacked at the unprofessional delivered

    @bt_uk Yes, but Openreach refuse to actually provide any information - and have in the past provided statements, including to MPs, that they have then contradicted. And BT refused to ask for information from Openreach (as BT is openreach's customer + boss) when I raised as a complaint.
