@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@neilio_uk @bt_uk @BBCWatchdog Yes all **** , i have gone to 3 mobile router ( no phone line ) £10 a month for first 6 months the £20 for 18 months . I have been gaming watching Netflix all speeds good . Just check if your postcode is acceptable for speeds .

@Catjsaunders @bt_uk Absolutely in the same boat! Getting billed every month and all they want to do is raise a complaint. I believe we’re on complaint no. 6 at this point and they still have the audacity to ask if I’ve been in touch with their team for an update! Absurd @bt_uk

@bt_uk … and if you can’t honour the same deal then I’m out anyway and leaving you. I just tried that other number you gave and it goes to the same call centre. Basically, crap, waste of time, unhelpful. You are losing a customer today.

@bt_uk My brother in law has been on the phone to you every single day, how many times do you want to look in to it? An 89 year old spent 4 hours on the floor with no help,because you couldn't be bothered to send an engineer out.

I know it’s a complex fault, but where’s the specialist @bt_uk team? Someone should take ownership and proactively keep me informed and updated. And why do I keep getting messages saying it’s fixed only for my hopes to be dashed? Could someone please help? #shambolicservice

@btbusinesscare we are a charitable development trust in Nld,& upgraded our broadband last wk..now have no phoneline.We operate a food bank-its vital we are up & running.Your customer service dept is poor & we are getting nowhere.
