@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

I thought Virgin Media and Sky were cracking down on illegal streaming. They support their teams but don't pay to watch them?. I see most have @virginmedia Internet lines. Some @btsport what are you doing to STOP this?. I'm sick paying for freeloaders who've got plenty money!

Question is, are @bt_uk systems so bad that nobody knows what’s going on or are their staff so poorly trained that they can’t use the systems or are they trained to say things to try and keep customers happy and quiet even when what they are saying is an outright lie? 🤔 tbc
