    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    Despite never even discussing or considering a change of contract @bt_uk I went from £22.99 a month to £99.99 for a phantom contract for broadband alone that doesn’t exist. “No notes, managers can’t take calls, and perhaps some people pay that” were answers I got #charlatans

    .@bt_uk Households have been left with no connectivity for nearly for nearly 20 DAYS in Cwmisfael, SA32, including my family. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Would never happen in a city. Stop fobbing people off. [1/2]

    Of course - as they always do - @BTCare will maintain they don’t have an issue with email spam. They do. An explosion to 147 emails over the last 7 days, up from a handful each week. I’m thankful I no longer pay for their email services.

    @bt_uk what is going on with your Internet connection?? There is a shortage throughout Yorkshire and I've had no WiFi from 7pm last night. There doesn't seem to be any progress in fixing the problem?? Please let us know what's happening - we cannot work from work with no WiFi!!

    @bt_uk I am not normally one to complain publicly but I am soooo disappointed with your customer service today. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to organise for wifi to be installed and now been put through to a new person to start the process all over again 🙄

    @bt_uk After 6 weeks of waiting BT tells me finally that they can't provide me a service. What an utter waste of time!!

    @NEEZU5 @bt_uk We’re with EE, but it’s a BT Openreach line and problem. I was with Sky in town, but it was a BT line. No problem there 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam - I'm having issues watching some On Demand & Catch Up programmes. I've been trying to watch @russellhoward Hour for ages but it keeps saying 'Download Failed'. All help forums suggest it's @bt_uk Broadband customers only. What can I do to solve, please?
