@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk send your fcking engineers to fix this ****, been nearly a month and still got no wifi, guess you are too comfortable with your monoply but if it doesn't get fixed soon I will encourage all my family, collegues and friends to not use your serivce in the future

@btsport once again the BT sport channel is glitching … I thought maybe it was my Wi-Fi but speaking to others they’ve also been experiencing same issues (and thought it was just them). Watching champions league is no fun when it glitches every 20 secs 😡

@bt_uk when i request your staff try to reach me on one of two numbers and I ask they try the second one before leaving a voicemail on the first, it would be helpful if they actually did this! A colleague wrote this down inc. confirming the number, but "Mandy" has ignored it

@bt_uk Jordan It’s day 13 & I am still without @bt_uk fibre #BTbroadband I was told this was a massive service outage affecting thousands. Inexplicably BT sent two copper engineers for a telephone I don’t use & not connected to the fibre broadband. Don’t know what else I can do??

As we all have to endure the ‘we are receiving a very high number of calls at the moment’ standard, with any and every UK company now @bt_uk wouldn’t it be nice if we had the option to NOT listen to that crap music for 30 mins while waiting for you to answer? Just a thought? #BT
