@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk I mean no offence but a lot of people generally don't know what their doing and are setting their upload stream to be much higher than their isp/line can support. I'm intentionally locking it to 3 and it's cuttting out. It's something to do with BT In my opinion.

@bt_uk why can't my app remember settings? As soon as I come our of the app, everything is lost. Have u installed and reinstalled several times. No help. Thanks

@bt_uk The @weareopenreach complaints page offers only a chat bot to complain to! Or suggests I direct the query back to @bt_uk. I have emailed the complaint to Clive Selley unless there is a more appropriate team?

@MalibuDarby87 @bt_uk Is there a way to complain using your old account details? Maladministration comes to mind. They fkt up and expect you to pay more for a ****** service? Cancel it. You should have a number of days to do so.

Dont usually post but feel compelled. @btsport's coverage of the ashes is easily the worst thing I've ever seen (and paid for). Aussie commentary is excruciating, Matt Smith flapping about, teribble. Only upshot is Isa Guha who has been fantastic. Thanks.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk The first time I was told "We don't monitor upload" second time it's "Maybe people do it wrong, maybe they don't, there is no issue". It appears me line is perfect, well if this is perfect then I best be moving. Thanks for all the help though, it seems we can't sort the issue.

@bt_uk @btshopuk bought the 5000 monitor from you. Went to take it off charge to use and the charger fell apart…not exactly brill craftsmanship. Any help?
