@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

Painful experience with @bt_uk continues. Account that should have been shut down in May is still open. I called a few weeks ago because I got a bill. They said there was still a service and that needed to be removed to create final bill. Waited 10 working days, no bill 🤬

Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

@bt_uk I've literally been waiting in all day since 8 am. I realise that it is a 3rd party who manages installations but it has not been a good service so far & doesn't reflect well on BT

@bt_uk No problem. what it was, this rock band, @TheHaraBand made an instagram announcement last night, except they kind of didn't, and the sequence ended with them frazzled away, and a telephone number starting 0800. I rung it!

@bt_uk No. I signed up a few months ago (before essentials) for a ‘Halo’ account. I had a reduced fee as a long term customer. Times are now much harder and ‘essentials’ would help financial survival.Refusing to change my account to ‘Essentials’ put corporate profit above all!

@laurencemarks64 @vulcandezign @bt_uk I like to wait until they have basically confirmed that it is a scam and then I give them a lecture on how they should be ashamed of themselves and do their grandparents know what they do. They usually hang up on me, at which point I have won the game!
