@bt_uk not sure why your ‘Money Expert’ team knock on houses which have clear no cold call signs. Predatory tactics and usual ‘poor broadband in the area’ nonsense. When confronted don’t understand why this is wrong… also their name is suspiciously similar to @MoneySavingExp

Such a nice change to tweet good service for a change. Brilliant service from Michael at @BT_uk - friendly, _very_ helpful, saved money, not a robot - good humour. Can't fault the guy. It was the lack of hard sell that clinched it though. Well done BT. Have this guy train others!

Thank you @bt_uk for your shocking customer service. As a new customer, I am shocked that Wendy can deal with complaints, she is the manager and cannot help move a date due. When I get last minute texts after two date changes when we need Wifi.
