Not only has the broadband service been bad, your mobile service is rubbish and you mislead customers when taking out contracts. @Ofcom @bt_uk @Capt_Hastings

  • St_MargateUk St (@St_MargateUk) reported from Margate, England

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@EyesPiedGaming @bt_uk Nope. He just fed the fibre optic cable through the house where he’d removed copper cabling that was in situ. So now there is not internet until they fix the fibre. Hopefully won’t be too long.

  • Jillyla1 Jill Robertson (@Jillyla1) reported

@23shawthing @bt_uk I had same issue, had to get them to do it manually although not tried to spend it. They removed 2 old accounts but they have magically reappeared and causing issues again. Good luck

  • coded_rafs 𝓡𝓐𝓕𝓢 🇬🇭 (@coded_rafs) reported

@scott_peterson4 @bt_uk So according to BT, I have a stay fast guarantee of 700Mbps, which means my speeds should never drop below that no matter what. But here is my story. A very unhelpful advisor told me to give it a few days but i know that won’t help so I’m thinking of switching ASAP

  • revPACman Revd Paul A. Carr (@revPACman) reported

@BTCare @bt_uk @skytv Yep done that and they said 10 am today but now they can’t provide a fix date. That is nearly 36 hours and isn’t great given I work from home a d can’t use my emails. And we still can’t watch TV. Not great I have to say.

  • Cull222 Cull22 (@Cull222) reported

@bt_uk Hey @bt_uk I gotta question for ya I'm looking at ordering full fibre 3+,(think it's called that) it's say I get xbox ultimate free for a year then have to pay £10 at month 13 but I don't want it how do I cancel it, do I do before or after 12 months

  • apnelson1 annienelson (@apnelson1) reported

@bt_uk why am I paying for an internet service that never works 😡😬

  • fcgordeaux Gordon Russell (@fcgordeaux) reported

@bt_uk I should add that I can provide photos of the damage, questionable excavation would be being polite.

  • Jillyla1 Jill Robertson (@Jillyla1) reported

@bt_uk so many issues minimum speed not reached 1 month in, now when logging in says a different minimum speed but your own systems say different fed up of going round in circles

  • Michael_Asimah Michael Asimah (@Michael_Asimah) reported

@bt_uk I don't know what the issue is. Whenever I'm in the office and I use the work WiFi, my work laptop has no issues. But when I'm at home, websites tend to take longer to load, but I don't have these issues with any of my personal devices.

  • Arstus Ross (@Arstus) reported

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk Good luck! I waited weeks for BT to sort their **** out before I gave up and cancelled the installation. Fortunately I still had my old provider and line to fall back on.
