    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk 2/2 It would be great to be connected to the exchange we live next to, like everyone else has been. Not worried about cost. It's desperately needed. Can't even upload video let alone watch Netflix. Help. PLEASE

    @bt_uk It's not a line fault, it's been like this for months. But I rarely work for this long in the kitchen, and hadn't appreciated quite how dreadful it is. (My partner worked in the kitchen for a few weeks and reported it as terrible. I should have paid more attention.)

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph BT - beyond awful. It's making me ill. I can't face explaining the details of the ongoing saga again - I've already done so to a dozen or so support staff who can't help as the departments don't communicate.

    @bt_uk 1/2 I need your help. I have a challenge for you. It may need someone higher up. See we live right next to an exchange but the highest speed you offer is 1MB - my business is suffering because of this

    A lesson somewhere... BT contract with @OpenreachHelp who contract with Kelly’s, whose engineers are self employed. Today’s @bt_uk saga involved more than a dozen messages and emails, 9+ people, 5 hours waiting, 1.5 hours on the phone... and still no service.

    @bt_uk for two weeks you told my elderly grandparents there was an issue with the landline somewhere in the area, they rely on that landline for emergencies, you told them to use a mobile, they are late 80’s - they don’t know how!

    3 of 5 The Charities contact BT @bt_uk again and asked why their Broadband was cut off. BT say because Ms X cancelled it the tenant in the flat. The charities reply but this is our phone line and Broadband and that the tenant does not have the authority to cancel.

    @bt_uk Tried all of the above. I had left my e-mail and all was well, then when I went back in, they had gone. I tried on my phone and also went in via the internet sign in. It’s all gone. Checked spam and trash and it’s not there.

    5 of 5 The charities still have no service fro BT @bt_uk & this is impacting on referrals. Foodbank not being received during the day. This is an essential service & families are going without food so how long will BT reinstate the service that they are contracted to supply.

    This is kinda getting ridiculous now @bt_uk, 5 times you've arranged for an engineer to come out and sort out our Internet and 5 times they haven't showed up! And now you are saying that you don't have another appointment till November?!?! ITS JUNE?! Terrible customer service😠
