@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@comeconella @bt_uk Can you please update us ? Who the hell has shut all the connections, sky is down too in the whole area we’re all working from home at the moment so definitely not a good time to run on problems

@darrangilpin @bt_uk Ugh nightmare, I have no TV woes with Sky thank goodness but my @virginmedia broadband is crap and its next to impossible to complain or change as i can't get through to them. Not sure BT would be any better mind you, frustrating when work depends on it

@RBlackPA @bt_uk got me to signup to NOWTV rather than the package I had which suited fine as they told me it was no longer available (which it still is a year later) after a complaint and an engineer visit it’s still useless and all I got was £40 back for months of useless freezing movies

@bt_uk Broadband speed problems. Contacted via Twitter. Great service. New router and YouView box supplied. Engineer visit twice. Direct Twitter contact and several phone calls resulting final one yesterday folllow-up asking if all ok. Satisfied customer.
