@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk you took my direct debit this morning, haven't had a connection since #StormArwen and the only engineer @OpenreachHelp sent wasn't a fibre engineer. Tried to get answers on the plan to connect us, in the meantime we are having to spend extra on mobile data. Help please

@bt_uk Fab service to sort my broadband out recently here in Warsash. Easy to make contact and v prompt to send out an engineer. Highly impressed yesterday to get a call to confirm everything was sorted 👍 Thank you!

Anyone else having issues with @BT_UK TV? Last night worked fine. Tonight, switch on and can't get any channels to come on. Retuned and now it says we have 0 aerial channels and we can't access anything. (Retuned again, same result.)

@bt_uk Hi can you help me! I’m moving back home to my parents house and wondering if I could get a phone socket installed in my bedroom so I can get internet in my bedroom, because my parents already have there own account downstairs plugged into master socket?

Not impressed at all with @bt_uk this weekend, new installation at my in-laws on Friday with supposedly unbreakable hybrid broadband, worked for about 3 hours then failed and has been down since, hybrid system also failed today. No broadband + no phone = pathetic

@bt_uk Yes, was reported yesterday after broadband went down, hybrid system was working but that failed this afternoon. They are left relying on mobiles which, for a couple in their 70s is ridiculous. My father in law is on oxygen 24/7 so they need a reliable phone line 24/7 as well
