@bt_uk No there isn’t, it’s in the main socket. I’ve had nothing but problems with bt since I started having your broadband.

  • maryjanesdesk Avantika (@maryjanesdesk) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Have been trying to get broadband sorted since we moved over a MONTH ago and between the innumerable errors made by @bt_uk and apparent issues with Openreach's systems I am at my wits end...how do you not inform the provider / the customer if you aren't going to turn up?!!

  • LTellam Laura Tellam (@LTellam) reported

I really miss the Brazilian internet. The @bt_uk set up my internet 2 days ago and I’m without internet now. The estimate fix date is April’s 4th. Horrible service!

  • BTrhys_ BT (@BTrhys_) reported

@xoIafy @zMaxfn @bt_uk Tell him to help him self

  • tudes_ natalie 🥰 (@tudes_) reported

WiFi on the blink…. AGAIN @bt_uk 🙄 just won’t work. Anybody goes near the router or knocks it in any way it goes off for hours on end. Should not be like that at all 😤what’s the point paying nearly £30 a month for something that never works.

  • Brainmage Bison 'Guy Kelly' Sexhorn Twitch.tv/Brainmage (@Brainmage) reported

@TobyHolleran @bt_uk I believe it's an issue on their end - we have things connected by ethernet cables and they fail as well

  • TobyHolleran Toby Holleran (@TobyHolleran) reported

@Brainmage @bt_uk Unsolicited advice here, but have you tried logging into the router and changing the "channel" it connects to (from "auto")? Had issues before where my router's channel was the same as the neighbours so they kept interfering with each other (was older tech, mind...)

  • pompeymackem Ben (@pompeymackem) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem with your TV service atm? I can't get any channels whatsoever.
