Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

I don’t understand how you can turn my service off remotely but then I need a whole new account (which I intend to cancel when @virginmedia sort their stuff out) and have to wait a week just to turn it back

She passed it to me, I clocked on + asked them to prove themselves...they told me to "**** off ************". Happy Friday I guess 😐
