@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk and still nothing has been done about my internet. No priority over a fault that was their own. Just left with no internet and no one trying to get us back online. Ridiculous service!!

so endless broadband issues with @BT, and last week they tried to claim it is because my line cannot do fibre, even though I have had fibre for 10 years, and today they finally admit a serious fault was found and that the last excuse was total bullshit. @btbusinesscare

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@virginmedia my street has @bt_uk fibre, because of distance from exchange we can only get 16M download 1M up. It's a poor. Virgin optical fibre is 1/4 mile away. If you extended it here you'll take the whole street. How can I make this happen? Ecclesall #Sheffield

@rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)
