    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Hi Trevor, service status says fine but based on sheer number of reports suggests bt have an issue they haven’t even realised yet. Online gaming does not work for basically anyone….so bt have a big problem they need to fix please.

    @SamM66506055 @bt_uk I've seen dozens of similar issues being tweeted. I can report an individual case, but it's quite obviously a system wide DNS issue.

    @bt_uk broadband partially down, I can browse the internet but my doorbell isn’t working and Alexa is freaking out. Looks like a nationwide issue. What say you?
