@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed

@bt_uk all my wires work in the test socket but it doesn’t once the cover is back on master socket 5c engineer is complaining it’s the wires not the socket therefore not his problems which is not right

@bt_uk He replaced the cover of the socket and our broadband is now blue but landline is not working properly, he didn’t believe me it was blue so came back in to have a look for himself , its still not functioning like it use to though

@bt_uk 3 x scam calls received today with an automated recording saying they are going to close down my internet - then live caller claiming to be from BT - 2 calls from a Nottingham number, one from Switzerland - please advise where best to report scamming

@bt_uk Ello, some guy came to fix someone’s WiFi over the road, went up the pole sorted some wires - our internet went off for 5 minutes and we’ve gone from 65 down and 20 upload to 6 down 6 up... 😒 whats happening.

Poor service today from @bt_uk to disconnect our previous WiFi provider without installing their services! Didn’t turn up either without notifying us! Without WiFi now until at least Monday. Not ideal with 3 working from home! Only £30 offered to pay for 4g between a family of 4!
