@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk Biggest mistake I’ve made moving to BT service is shocking, still no phone line, properly damaged during installation and order massive **** up! Moving on to another provider - BT don’t do what they say!

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Granted, it will bring in a “Global Audience”. But no offence to Dorking, if I’m in america i bet 99.9% of people have never even heard of dorking as a place. Same goes for other teams in our division. So again, other than wrexham, that point doesn’t stand in great stead. 5/?

@bt_uk Internet has been down for 17 days in Forfar now any expected fix soon? Getting a suspended due to no payment message even though we received confirmation we payed like usual for the last 2 years. Thanks
