Unfortunately we seem to have to make a nuisance of yourselves these days to get anything done!

Ben Ward (@winstano) reported@bt_uk The latest update is that we'll know more "on Monday morning". Not only did they cut her line off, but they also redirected her number to a neighbour, who is now getting all of my Nana's calls and none of their own. I'm at my wit's end here, NOBODY wants to help.
