@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

Quality work from @bt_uk: force customers onto Digital Voice landlines, then have regular outages, cutting you off from the outside world. Make you spend money calling them on your mobile, then say it'll take 48 hours to fix, and they can't put you back onto copper wires

Trying to set up internet in a new build flat - @bt_uk tell us there’s nothing they can do until openreach fix it on their end. @WeAreOpenreach tell us it’s all set up and to contact BT. And around in circles we go. There are people in the *same building* who have internet.
