    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @btsport Peter Walton just idiot like other referees. Somebody in BT should ask him about Salah's diving, why VAR not correct that and how this one was penalty but Laca's foul was not?

    @bt_uk are you having broadband service issues in the Kent area? Your service checker says everything is fine & yet my broadband has been intermittent, going on & off for the last day or so. Done everything my end to fix it so assuming it's something your end.

    @bt_uk @thfcJak Yeah I've tested the line through the app. And the service is down..possible a local exchange from open reach network has gone down, effecting our postcode area. Normally takes up to 24 hours to fix. But could come on quicker.
