@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

Day 4 without broadband. Seems everyone at @bt_uk is trained to be polite, well meaning and incompetent. 4G mini-hub still has no network either (I guess BT can't activate sims correctly either). Hope the engineer coming tomorrow is not typical of the peeps I've dealt with so far

@bt_uk You have plenty of tools to measure internet speeds yourself. The service I am receiving is utter garbage, and it's abusive to the degree BT is the only supplier available in this building. Be proactive if you care.
