@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@moosemorals @bt_uk I always assumed the logic ran something like this: Private network means inside the border routers Outside the border routers is not (private network) There are private addresses They may be used on private networks Their use on not(private network) is undefined, at best

@BTCare BT Ultimate is the best picture on a telly that I’ve ever seen. Pity the technology makes it crackle and pixilate and stop every enfeebled minutes. So it’s currently useless. And no. I’m not doing yet another BT chat. Fix it!!

Had to turn off bt commentary after 2 minutes, but not before mcmanamans hugely informative insight that being ahead in a match is a good thing... Never would have figured that one out #RMAMCI #btsport
