    @bt_uk 24 years service with BT now a pensioner. Why can't I get any discount on BT Sport? Really think we get a raw deal with any perks.

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    Would love @bt_uk to explain to me why they slow my internet down to barely usable, if not completely unusable, at night time, every night. Definitely don’t pay these prices to get switched off.

    @bt_uk The issue on install day, according to the engineer Robert, was that as there were no steps on the BT Pole in the road so a Hoist was required and would be coming soon. It never turned up and I never heard anything again as Robert said I would be contacted within 48 hours.
