@bt_uk our contract for broadband and phone starts today your letter says so. We pay. No service not even a wire connected to the house three weeks after booking and your assurances it would be all sorted today. Telephone exch right next door. How do I lodge formal complaint?

@btsportfootball @btsport Bad pundits and above all not neutral at all. The penalty awarded to PSG was exactly the same awarded to Barcelona in the first leg. None of the pundits mentioned it.

@bt_uk hi BT. Can I please just have it as a matter of record. That the service I have received from yourselves in the last 5 weeks has been nothing short of the worst customer experience of my entire life. And I've travelled with Southern Rail. Congratulations. A thread.
