@bt_uk everyday our fibre broadband speed is dropping from the guaranteed 120 down to just 16-25. This is not what should be happening after we paid to upgrade our Wi_Fi.

@bt_uk so 2 of your "engineers" blamed our equipment. Made us take it all out and put in your hub and halo system. Still doesn't work. DNS issues, constant drop outs...

The service relates to the @NRSWA and @NRSWALab phone line which has not been available to us since last November. This after several Engineers coding and advising it’s a BT problem @btbusinesscare

@bt_uk Please educate your "engineers" that it's possible to be connected to the Internet and still have problems rather than come for 5 mins. Plug in and say its fine and leave.
