@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk Just working in the area but it seems like it's always out the front of ours? I think at least once or twice a month? If my broadband signal improved when they did their work I would be happy, but instead it drops for a time.

@harrington___ @btsportfootball @btsport I know that’s not the same season, but it shows the authorities are too slow, and react to incidents, rather than getting the rules/interpretation right first time, before something controversial happens, and they react to it.

@Tactical_Times we are looking at this from the wrong angle. you want change it has to be forced. cancel @SkySports @btsport etc or any subscriptions until a proper rule review is done. hit them in the pocket and they will change, for me its that simple. or they just group together and do nowt
