@bt_uk @Tweharrison An ISP who doesn’t know when a connection goes down? Sorry James, it’s not your fault. But wow, that’s terrible. (I used to run an ISP and we would contact customers about trouble before they lost connection).

Dear @btbusinesscare we notified you on Tuesday that we lost internet. We renewed our contract and were promised a router within 24 hours. It’s Friday & still no router! Your team now tell us no order was placed despite having the paperwork. Awful CS. Contact me ASAP. #btbusiness
