@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

Not only has the broadband service been bad, your mobile service is rubbish and you mislead customers when taking out contracts. @Ofcom @bt_uk @Capt_Hastings

@bt_uk why is it easy to add services in online accounts, yet you can’t cancel things? £28 for BT Sport (was £5), not even HD, yet when you want to cancel, it’s impossible to get through. Do better please.

@btsport how hard is it to get someone to answer a question!! On hold once for 18 mins. Now 11 mins. Plus a detailed ‘chat’ with nothing solved. I WANT TO CANCEL. SHALL I JUST STOP DD!!! You’ll soon contact me when you want my money!!

@bt_uk tv didn’t work. BT engineer visited after 2 weeks. Told me it’s a problem with aerial. Aerial guy visited at charge of £65. Showed me it’s the BT box. BT confirmed this is the case but refusing to pay me back the £65! Or reimburse for the month without TV 😡😡😡

@bt_uk Told by online team to call your connections team since they cannot help. Called, waited 30 mins to get a person, when I did they said they had to transfer me to another department. Now waiting 22 mins for another person. All 4 a Smart Hub 2 I was to get months ago. Terrible svc

@bt_uk What a pathetic operation. How can someone contact you with a query, without wasting so much time waiting for you to answer the phone? No chat service available. Could write a letter of complaint; which may or may not be answered in 28 days. Is this not the 21st century?

@bt_uk . Worst Broadband service available. No service for over a week, no call backs and no compensation because they failed to book appointments and call backs. Totally disgusting worst service ever. Do not go with them at all.waste of time and over priced money

@bt_uk . Had my wife crying after surgery due to their customer service being disgusting and promises not being kept. Waiting weeks for a manager call back to get a normal advisor to say manager has looked and decided no.

@bt_uk your customer service is shocking, over half an hour to talk on the phone ( I’m still waiting). Live chat that can’t help. I want to know why you are charging my 92 year old dad £ 82 for his broadband package? Your highest package on your own website is £60.
