@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk It’s ok thanks we have made 5 phone calls, had two engineers, somehow ended up with no broadband for 2 weeks and today found out a new telephone number had been set up into our home. Formal complaint submitted hopefully someone rings us back by Monday otherwise 6 times lucky.

@bt_uk This has to be something on the backend of the network, because my connection shows as originating in Edinburgh today when tests usually show the origin as London. Nothing has changed within the property to have caused any changes.
