    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    I’m outraged at the terrible service @bt_uk are offering in not fixing my 80 yr old parents in South Lanarkshire. 5 days without phone and internet for their whole village. Sort it out!

    @bt_uk Let down once again. Now on my 5th installation date for fibre broadband. Was 18th of Dec 2022 - Now 22nd Mar 2023 - 4 months late!!! It would be a funny joke if I didn't need the service. Time to complain to @Ofcom

    Hey, weird Q @bt_uk. @OpenreachHelp have just been to visit about wifi issues. They believe that something is wrong in the system with my address meaning I can't access higher speed broadband despite there being ports free & my neighbours having it. They said to contact you.
