@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk I’ve been told via phone call and text on several occasions that you’ll be calling me to sort out the issue I have with my bt sport. It’s been a month since I upgraded and still no call and still no bt sport.

@btsport I don’t know how you think it’s acceptable to rinse your customers for £30 a month. I’m “watching” the Chelsea game with the commentary in real time and the picture in half-speed slow motion. You don’t respond and this problem has been *persistent* with your app

Just spent £1700 on a sonos arc & a pair of era 300s for the Dolby Atmos support & @btsport Ultimate have totally ruined the whole experience by messing up the levels so badly I’ve had to turn the surrounds off to even hear the comms 🙄 @btsportfootball
