@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

Not only has the broadband service been bad, your mobile service is rubbish and you mislead customers when taking out contracts. @Ofcom @bt_uk @Capt_Hastings

@bt_uk Please fix issues in 'Moving Home' package asap. It is really frustrating. I've been trying to place an order from the start of the month. When ever I place an order it automatically gets cancelled and we didn't get a notification until the reactivate date. So annoying.

@bt_uk The router is in another room downstairs, the signal is sent via a booster which is then connected to the hub. We do not have a direct connection option due to where the open reach point comes into the house.

@MansionBet @FootyAccums @btsport is the worst thing to happen to football in this country. Even Sky didn't actively take football away from the people. When they had European football, you could still watch it on ITV.
