@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

Anyone else got @bt_uk Broadband and having constant problems with @SkyUK @skytv ? I have to reset all the Q boxes daily! £80 a month for TV that only works when it wants to is extortionate! Cust Serv are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Cancelling my DD until it’s sorted

@bt_uk My activation date for my fibre broadband was due 10 days ago but I still haven’t received a service. I have phoned BT several times without success. I am very unhappy at the situation. Wondering if I will ever receive the service.

@bt_uk I've had two technicians out to where I live in Poynings in the past and nothing has been sorted. Phone line and Internet both down constantly. Its beyond a joke. Please do something.

@bt_uk after spending 112 minutes on a call being transferred 3 times I was transferred to someone trying to sell me EE mobile contracts. I ordered broadband in November, its been cancelled and reordered twice, and I’ve found out today that my account has no active orders - HELP!

Hey @bt_uk my router is basically next door to my room and I still manage to have really slow internet. I’ve done the test you’ve told me todo and still the same problem.
