@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

I have been on the phone to @bt_uk for nearly 4 hours trying to sort my elderly grandparents phoneline. Service has been absolutely horrendous. Very disappointed. They are about to leave 86 year olds without a landline as everyone seems to be blaming each other. Do better @bt_uk

@bt_uk getting ridiculous now.. internet constantly resetting itself 3/5 times a night… paying for a service that is not delivering at all.. what is going on with BT? Internet used to be stable, never dropped out.. but now it is daily!!

@bt_uk please send an engineer out sooner. Our internet has been off for 24 hours and I work from home and have angry clients. Internet has even slow for WEEKS. Planning on cancelling after 10+ years.

@bt_uk Hi, had ongoing problem for weeks. Engineer visited on October 31st. Things were good for a few days but problem is back! Internet has rebooted itself twice in the last 30 minutes and was repeatedly doing it last night/this morning. Please advise a permanent solution
