@bt_uk thank you. After 2 hours on the phone,speaking to EIGHT different people,you have finally agreed to free me from POOR BROADBAND!! BT mobile has been perfect. BT broadband,worse than SKY!! Yeah,that bad. But thankfully,in a week, GOODBYE BT BROADBAND!!!

Interesting - as soon as you engage @bt_uk with a conversation about a hard sell to your 90 year old father on his birthday and they shut you down and tell you that you are being aggressive. I don't think getting upset about this is out of order....

@bt_uk Stay well away from BT. Have had multiple issues with our broadband over the last 12 months. 2 long complaints. Today, my broadband package was cancelled. No idea why, boost at BT knows either. Left with no internet at all and want me to sign up as a new customer again. No thank

@bt_uk we have no WiFi, we’ve been cut off! We were meant to be moving today but the date changed and I advised BT of same but have woke up to no internet and we’re working from home - help!
