@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@btbusinesscare The chairman’s complaints team have been ‘looking in to this’ for 2 weeks now. You can’t even turn my old service back on because you aren’t taking orders for it anymore. What a joke.

@bt_uk It seemed a bit like a scam because his first line of sales pitch was to complain about BT for not sending out letters, he then wanted my the etc so he could send the complaint to the right department at BT. Obviously I didn't give him details and he left.

@bt_uk I’ve been onto the loyalty team!! £30 a month for Fibre 2 broadband to a new customer (with no upfront costs) and £55 per month to a loyal customer of 25 years.

@bt_uk Why do you make it so difficult to make a proper complaint BT … the advisors don’t take it seriously … all I want is an email address to send the complaint to someone in my own words them for someone to read it, take in the facts then do something about the situation
