@bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

@bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

@bt_uk regrettably I am not prepared to pay the recent price increase which equates to 25% , this is simply not acceptable and I am ready and willing to terminate my contract with BT over this , I am convinced will get a more realistically priced contract with another provider.

@bt_uk appalling service, no broadband now for 7 days and counting engineers don’t turn up after time taken off work for them,we will be going elsewhere after this, so much for the promise of continuous service your a joke

My new broadband bill from BT has just gone up by 23% Unbelievable 😡 @bt_uk Then up to a regular £41.45 per month, which is an increase of over 33% What is going on ? This is just for broadband ie. WiFi service Why why why ? (They are losing a customer…..)

Why is the @btsport #ultimate channel such a crap quality viewing rather than the normal HD channel? HD is crisp colours, Ultimate is like watching through mist.

Helping my dad reduce his monthly bills. @SkyUK were happy to do this via live chat (great for my dad for whom conversation is now tiring) whereas @bt_uk insisted he calls. When he said this was a problem the response was "I've raised a complaint for you." Learn from Sky, BT!
