Hey @btsport please can you fix the filtering on your ‘What’s On’ page? It suggests that Serie A is the only footie on in the next 30 days.

@toucanjester @bt_uk It’s funny you should say that. I’ve heard similar. The poor lad who was here the other day to fix it kept being rung by BT to push him to another job. He had no choice but to leave without finishing. He too wanted to leave them.

@bt_uk See my next tweet. Already got someone at bt trying but it really is madness. We didn’t even get an explanation why they didn’t turn up. Terrible terrible system y’all have got going on.

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I used to work for BT so I was with them for years. Service wasn’t great, but it was free as part of a benefits package. As soon as I left I switched to Sky. We haven’t had any problems with their service

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk My family had a nightmare in 2021 with a new router, which was sold to us by a subsidiary company to BT. We had nothing but trouble with it, and finally got it replaced by BT directly just a few weeks ago. We also ended up paying way more than we should have, but got compensated

@toucanjester @DreyfusJames @bt_uk We have fibre from the pole to our house (Swish fibre did it in our area). It’s more about the cable weight and the tension where it attaches which is the issue, as it was explained to me by BT. Had we been the house next the pole, a copper cable would have been okay.
