    @bt_uk you keep on promising to call and don’t! I keep on dming you to remind you and still you don’t call to sort out this fiasco. Bb Service dropsout constantly, mobile on h+, customer service is nonexistent and you are charging more than quoted when contract taken out. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk 5GG ha! Yet again U let us down. 3 yrs ago took 3mnths 2 set up & connect..now wr moving round corner U message 2 say no engineer avail for month later than agreed. Why would anyone stick with BT when Sky can offer better

    Not only has the broadband service been bad, your mobile service is rubbish and you mislead customers when taking out contracts. @Ofcom @bt_uk @Capt_Hastings

    @katiec1314 @bt_uk I think its because he didnt know what the problem was. He was adamant it wasnt BT's issue. I said it was, I want to complain..... 40 minutes later on the phone.. Ah yes, i see the problem sir. Its our system.

    @bt_uk why has it taken over a month to cancel my bt broadband package when I cancelled within my 14 day cooling off period! In which time I’ve been billed twice! Contacted you 7 times through phone calls and still not resolved!!! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Eventually, after 40 minutes on the phone. 3 times I had to call BT. You need to fix your systems. BT were wholly to blame. Plusnet here I come.

    @bt_uk I can’t get a Virgin engineer until Saturday and suspect he won’t be able to fix it as im expecting it’s due to damage to the cable caused by the pavement being dug up

    @bt_uk My brandband has suddenly went down within the last 30 mins or so. Done all troubleshooting & claims works being done in the area. Are you able to advise when this will be fixed, my package I pay for says I should always been connected. At the moment that’s not the case.

    Me on the phone to @bt_uk - "I would like to make a complaint." Sorry sir, I don't know who to put the complaint to. "The complaints department" We dont have one. "so who can take my complaint" I dont know. Mental.

    @bt_uk How can I call without a phone - ridiculous to say when that’s in the message above - last time I emailed Jansen to get progress on a month long problem - I’ll have to do this again then - unless you have an email address that can be used

    @mphosie @bt_uk Problem is that we are only having survey done today and of course not exchanged contracts. We can’t commit to any address at the moment which is why I wanted to just continue my contract.
