    Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

    Why is that every time @bt_uk do work in your street, they inadvertently mess up your phone line..? It was fine this morning and now it’s not and we’ve been told it will be up to five days to fix it which is ridiculous when they probably caused the issue! 😠

    @SkintDad @bt_uk @KCOMhome People seem to have either no issues, or no end of issues with KCOM. Ours was good at first but over time it has slowed significantly, and that’s a similar experience to most of my friends and family.

    @bt_uk You ask me to DM, don't reply, but instead sending me a text to call back on the 19th and don't reply because you won't see the response. Outstanding customer service when you are so 8 days late on delivering your service

    @bt_uk can someone please please sort out our broadband? We have been without now for over 5 weeks. 5 weeks! We've spent hours on the phone trying to sort it and it's just one excuse after another. Shameful service from @bt_uk so far.

    Very poor experience dealing with @bt_uk - loyalty department conversation over the phone has been incredibly frustrating and the customer service shocking. Not good enough.

    @bt_uk I need to register my Lasting Power of Attorney with you for an elderly relative who is a BT customer. Where do I email the large document to? It would be very un-green to have to print and post it to you –all the other companies have given me an email address to send to.
