    @BTGroup @bt_uk @openreachhelp and none of you seem to care to fix it that's for sure. Robotic responses all year around when we technically should be fibre customers. BT sold us fibre and then downgraded our package as well because of openreach's mess up.

    @SaleRugbyNews @btsport @virginmedia Virgin Media red button works ok for me since they sent me a new box before Christmas, maybe old box is the problem?

    @bt_uk I believe I’m supposed to be getting 20mb/s download speed not sure for upload, had technicians come best thing they could do was give us a signal booster which does nothing for speeds just gives better stability
