@bt_uk- shocking service from you and openreach that had seen elderly relatives left without phone line/internet since mid December. 3 appts all no shows with engineers. Hrs of phone calls and lost work time. How can this be resolved?

@bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious

@bt_uk why is it so life wasting to try and find help regarding home broadband and connected packages? I was told by your adviser a new router was needed to solve my problem. It's a broken router that was identified. Promised a new router within 48hrs and it would be upgrade

@bt_uk no broadband or tv for SIX DAYS.Over 4 hours of phone calls, being fobbed off with ‘should be fixed within 24/48 hours,still nothing. Absolutely shocking service. You’re not providing the service we pay for-presume our contract is now null and void, so we can go elsewhere?

@bt_uk is there a reason for the broadband connection being terrible in the PH2 area recently? Crazy slow speeds and hub always disconnecting. Can't even do a speed test!

Frankly I’m not sure which is worse. BT Business Broadband or BT Business Broadband support so far I’ve lost 5 hours and I’m not confident I’ll get any work done today. I really thing @btbusinesscare should either sort their product out or get some tech support- preferably both

@bt_uk Thanks Alan although the letter clearly indicates the need to go back to BT if no solution is offered. We both agree that @YaleHomeUK have been told but as they are not offering a solution (yet) and it’s BT pulling the plug, what do you suggest…?
