Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

@BTCare You cut my broadband off today for not paying my bill when l haven't received one or a reminder. I have never been late paying in 40 years as BT customer. Heavy handed and wrong imo

@bt_uk total joke. Sent the wrong engineer out to diagnose the same fault that was identified days ago. Meanwhile my elderly mother is still left with no phone service and no working lifeline. What’s the point of a welfare case if you do absolutely nothing???? #disgrace.
