  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..   @bt_uk can you fix your website so people can actually log in! Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨
