Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

@bt_uk @TRS0211 It’s not a one off issue the Jon jones fight a few week ago didn’t work for hours, ufc is literally the only reason I pay for bt and it keeps messing up, strangely no issues last week when it was ppv so an extra £20 on top of my subscription

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service. Changed to bt fibre 17days and so far had no Internet for 1/4 of that time and no solution in sight as keep being told its fixed. Should have stayed with with old provider! Customer service is shocking and online chat abysmal
