Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

@G99____ @bt_uk At least they sent me a hub this time. Last time engineer stood there looking at me like I was stupid. Then BT tried charging me £199 for it. Was all going so well until today when once the wall was drilled the services agreed where pulled from under me.
