@bt_uk appalling service . Elderly parents being messed around for months. Last Wed i phoned and was promised an engineer would be out to them on Fri , he turned up today. In mth 4 and still not sorted utter joke!!!

@bt_uk Whilst my broadband was down (over a week) I spoke to two different people who said they were going to send me a mini hub. I never received it. Funny that I’m now receiving messages asking me to return it!!
