@bt_uk Hi Dee. No not fixed unfortunately. They closed the lane yesterday for repairs said they would be here again today. But @openreach didn’t show up to fix it, again.

@bt_uk No, I did ask, but she said it is a known issue and it is currently being worked on and she was unable to give a time estimate. At least I now know it isn’t just me. For info, I’m in the north London area.
