@bt_uk Don’t think that’s the issue here. Something about legacy cable and it being another teams job, surely the 1st engineer knew that. There are 4 houses affected. At least an idea of when it can be fixed would be useful!

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Just to add I have tried an assortment of sim cards - i.e. different network providers and they are all bad. The maps that show how wonderful the network coverage is are wrong.

@bt_uk recently constantly nagging for there money yet they refuse to help there customers really not good customer services and before anyone says there are other Digital VOIP companies don't bt have blocked anyone from taking the line over i have proof but i can't share on here

@bt_uk our Internet and landline have been down since Tues due to a felled tree. 2 engineers have come out but we are no further ahead. We have next to no mobile signal and I have vulnerable family members I need to support. Please help when will it be fixed?
