    @bt_uk Hi Scott, no it's apps through the BT Box. Why don't you send customers the latest box when they extend or remain with you? @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV riddled with errors and paused on your platform.

    Hi @bt_uk, I signed up for a monthly sports pass and have been unable to cancel it online since. It auto-renews at an increased price on Thursday, so really need it sorting by then please.

    @bt_uk @AshtonWestMIB Ashton - it will be interesting to see how quickly they fix the problem now that they, presumably, know of it. We were without Internet, a couple of weeks ago, for about two days. It was a different provider but all our contact was by phone.

    @bt_uk It's for Full Fibre 2 instillation! Got sent a text saying he was on his way this morning (slot was 8AM-1PM). Why don't you have access to info if engineers are no-shows? How can I know if I reschedule the appointment we won't have the same problem again?
