Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
