    Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

    @bt_uk The lights on the hub are orange, and rebooting it won't solve the issue as the fibre box is not receiving any light from the head-end (PON failure). The fault won't be cleared until the PON light goes green.

    Arghhhh digital voice issues AGAIN @bt_uk why won't the industry pause the roll out and listen to users and the issues? Talk to @TheNorthernEcho they have lots of case studies if you don't want to listen to me.

    @bt_uk Hey thanks James! Unfortunately they were unable to do anything, seems the letter was maybe sent in error. However, the lady I spoke to (didn’t get her name) was amazing, tried all she could to help! Thanks guys

    @bt_uk Very bad service from @bt_uk. My 82 yr old friend was left with a disconnected Lifeline and without incoming calls for the past 17 days. BT keep giving me 3 day deadlines to fix it and it just doesn't get done. We don't know who can help. It's disgusting behaviour @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Royal Mail indicate router will arrive tomorrow 2 February. So I will not have equipment today as you and your colleague confirmed. I am v disappointed but not really surprised - this is consistent with customer service approach so far, over promise, under deliver

    @bt_uk What phone number can my husband call to discuss his colleague broadband/tv package. All of our services have been terminated without permission customer services say they cannot help deal but can't tell him who to contact. Not great when the whole house has covid. 😠
