Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored.
