@bt_uk its amazing reading all the positive messages here. Ive had no service since 28th january and an open complaint, no one owning the issue. So again im looking at a weekend with no Broadband!!

@bt_uk After speaking to BT (who checked several things & ran various tests) they agreed that in my particular location & situation, I would indeed have a ‘major issue’ with making any emergency calls during a power cut. A solution has now been sorted out.

@bt_uk Operator says it is all good. On MyBT app it says “Estimated fix date 6th of February”!!?? That is 7 days from the day it stopped working…not acceptable

@bt_uk Not happy at all. We were told yesterday by BT operative that someone would be coming out to start and complete the job between 1pm & 6pm. Surprise Surprise noone came. Phone again this morning and now told its tomorrow Fri....8am till 1pm. The service is terrible
