@bt_uk Have open reach gave a reason as to why they moved my appointment again without telling me or am I to deduce that they can't be bothered and the 5 pound per day compensation I'm due is easier than just sorting the issue??

The absolute joke that is @bt_uk and my fibre install rolls on. Despite an escalated complaint my new install date of 2moro has magically been pushed back to 8th April. 2moro's install was an expedited date from April 2nd. So instead of a faster install I now have to wait longer

@bt_uk Well it’s still broken unfortunately! It turns off about every hour and resets. Apparently it won’t be fixed until 30th?
