What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@bt_uk @AlexCanterbury Trying to 'track the fault' but even that doesn't work 🤬🤬🤬I am working at home tethered to my mobile on 4G (don't get me started on useless 'Bt-FON') and have used all my data.

@LazerSpart @GAMEdigital The best place to sell this is BT by far. Already had 2 major sell outs and every other retailers ruined it for everyone. Bt introduced a code per customer solved all the problems. The que was genuine customers of bt @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks for following up. Yes all sorted when I got through. Just frustrating to have to wait for 45 mins and it be the only way to cancel a subscription (but you can upgrade / take a new sub online easy enough)

@bt_uk Hi it’s not my account it’s my girlfriends I made her change from sky to bt and you’ve all made me look so bad she works from home some days and now has no internet fir 7 days this is truly disgusting service I am looking at contacting someone in legal services

Moving house with us is easy say @bt_uk give us at least 2 weeks notice they say. I gave you 6 weeks and I have nothing. I complained, and that was closed without a resolution!

@bt_uk So I sent a message with the complaint information and my phone number asking @bt_uk to call between noon and 2pm. It’s no surprise that they failed to do so. Totally lacking in #CustomerService
