What BBC pay for #Liniker is nothing to what #BTsport pay him & you can see difference in class on BT as the studio is field with talent around him because they pay more than #BBC now if want compare #Winkleman pay fo celeb on down talent show then yes licence fee is questionable

@bt_uk actually disgusted with You guys, re contracted on 27/6 with a free Alexa, it’s now 3/9 and still nothing has arrived have called multiple times and keep getting fobbed off, is this how you treat a customer of 20 years 😡😡😡, I want this sorted NOW!!!!!

@bt_uk It’s not good enough though. Been without stable wifi since Tuesday. 3 times I’ve had to drive somewhere to get working broadband to continue to work. You’ve said you’ll compensate me on next bill but I leave BT week Monday due to poor service what happens

@bt_uk The same thing that affected many business & residents around me. This was a widespread outage. Why don't you ask the Open Reach engineer who worked on the exchange on my street ? This is about treating your (now soon to ex) customers honestly & respectfully.

@legsidelizzy @NickFriend1 Not got bt tv. But have the app Lizzy and although its there on the app its not appearing when pressing play. Got a subscription to btsport through sky and it works with everything but not for this. Big **** up it seems. The problem must be with the app.

@bt_uk a month without landline or Wi-Fi which is affecting our work and business and has left my disabled parents without contact. Shocking customer service and a ‘story’ fed to us about this being an issue in an area when neighbours have no issues. Shambles!

Absolutely dreadful coverage of @windiescricket women v @englandcricket women on @btsport red button. Should be on main BTSport1 channel Graphics incorrect showing wrong batters in and the wrong scores. Awful glitchy lo-res picture. Unwatchable even for a cricket badger like me
