    1, @BTCare Hi we left you in May because of your appalling customer service (or lack@of it) and now my father has gone back to you (against my wishes) to receive fibre broadband. Not only has he been told he can’t get fibre today (Unsure of the reason)

    @ziegfieldstar @bt_uk On 22 October I was told call would be made to me in 24-48 hours. Nothing until 30 October, 190+ hours later, and final resolution evening of 31 October. Last night's lady very helpful, and problem resolved in about 15-20 minutes. @BTCare

    .@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service

    Well done again @BTCare - another fine example of customer service excellence. Web chat unable to help gave me a phone number to call where I’ve been calling with no answer for 15+ minutes so far. Paying for 50mb broadband, receiving 2.6mb at best.

    @BTCare The other problem which complicates matters is that apparently my broadband is on an 18m contract when TV was only 12m. The only reason I can come up with as to why I would have signed up to that was if I was missold a combined package last time
