  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • Matboy_Slim Matt the Cab (@Matboy_Slim) reported from Camberwell, England

What ********..... you now gotta shell out to Amazon for Premier league games yet @btsport are trying to sweeten the deal with WWE

  • TDMaurice Tom Maurice (@TDMaurice) reported from Wandsworth, England

Agree with everything said on #FACupTonight about @WestHam on @btsport The club is a mess from the top down. No plan. No hope #boardout

  • ManUtd_BITW Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

  • dadzoola dadzoola (@dadzoola) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

  • harberlisalfc lisah1974 (@harberlisalfc) reported from Hackney, England

@bt_uk nobody has come back about my complaint that I submitted - guess another one is heading your way

  • Johnny_Murnane_ Johnny Murnane (@Johnny_Murnane_) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk Working now thanks. App on phone, first time customer.

  • martinTayx Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # FREE AT LAST # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

  • KBoylett Kim Boylett (@KBoylett) reported from Harlow, England

Unbelievable @bt_uk on phone right now to #btinternet and being told that they can’t understand the error logs on my router and that there is no one in their team who understands them & BT cannot help. Shocking non stop issues with @bt_uk most unhelpful & appalling service #nobt

  • DeanCowcher Dean Cowcher (@DeanCowcher) reported from Crayford, England

@BTCare normal service resumed again the broadband goes down this 5minutes after I get an email asking me to upgrade to halo

  • Bernie82_ Steve Bernard (@Bernie82_) reported from Wandsworth, England

Do we really have to see this @btsport ad every 60 seconds. Bad enough to watch it once #BBL09

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • jackbremer UPGRADIAN Jack 🔶 (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

  • ejp72 Liz (@ejp72) reported from Walthamstow, England

@btbusinesscare having intermittent issues with our broadband. Trying to do the online check and it’s taking forever. We had this yesterday as well.

  • MPRidsdale Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • memyself_n_boo Ria Hall (@memyself_n_boo) reported from Enfield Lock, England

Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • andreamoignard Andrea (@andreamoignard) reported

@bt_uk I'm getting this tweet in before my internet connection goes down. Again. It's been dreadful since Christmas. What is going on?

  • ihalliwell Iain Halliwell 💙 (@ihalliwell) reported

@bt_uk Yup, it was the values team I spoke to today , they said that deals not for me , there is nothing they can do for me , it's just for new customers , my deal is same speed all for £65 a month because I'm a loyal customer , my advice is to go with #zen

  • ajmercerLDR Andrew Mercer (@ajmercerLDR) reported

England batting nearly as bad as @btsport commentary apart from @markbutcher72

  • Adam_Arnold88 Adam Arnold (@Adam_Arnold88) reported

@bt_uk after finally receiving a call back after so far taking 7months to connect me to then receive a txt saying you’ve cancelled my order. I get told i need to complete another order so i agree, and give up after 20mins on hold. How do you get away with the shocking service??

  • freddie_tyzack Freddie tyzack (@freddie_tyzack) reported

@bt_uk just had engineer to change from copper to fibre-optic. He refused to work on a flat roof “as not trained” so we now had to install it in the wrong room with no plug sockets. He trampled all over our carpets with boots caked in mud. Terrible job, what is this mess?

  • TiggerTherese ⚫️ Thérèse (@TiggerTherese) reported

@jwripple @bthelp @bt_uk It is. The DM turned out to be advice to consult "The Community" - ie other users. They don't even pretend to take responsibility for their abysmal "service" any longer. Yet they take £££ from us - for what?

  • gary_day66 Gary Day (@gary_day66) reported

Sick of Cook making excuses for crap batting, tell like it is or go back to your farm @btsport

  • harry_yard Harry Yard (@harry_yard) reported

Anyone having trouble with @bt_uk internet? Has been on and off for days, so frustrating when you pay so much

  • Andy__Brooke Andy Brooke (@Andy__Brooke) reported

@bt_uk But the email was sent to me AS an existing customer, with my a/c number etc. It was asking me to upgrade - I hadn't been mistaken for a potential new customer.

  • BahnstormerTom Tom Lynch (@BahnstormerTom) reported

@Andrew_Frankel @RSdriver00 @bt_uk I was continually told that Open Reach are not “customer facing” and I shouldn’t try and contact them.
