    15 years with @bt_uk to be trated in a very poor way. Moving houses and they can only freeze my account for 2 months. Do they know how long does it take to move house? £550 to terminate a contract that has already been offered to the new owners? Never again!

    @bt_uk No thank you but I will be phoning the loyalty number as I feel after being a customer for so long my equipment is a bit dated as very slow and often crashes so hoping there maybe some up to date hardware. Had the same box for about 10 years now.
