Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk I need a new router now. My speed was 7.1 today. Your guaranteed speed is 66! 7.1 is unacceptable, and it looks bad on BT that you don't want to help. I'm fed up with being palmed off with platitudes. I am a customer. I pay for 66 Mg! Please tell me how to obtain a new router.

@StevenBolander1 @bt_uk Rach, I'm really unhappy with how BT & Openreach compete with each other. They don't seem to want to help customers. I've been told 2ce in 3 weeks - by BT engineers - to request a new router from BT. Today I was told I shouldn't have been told that (which is unprofessional). 1/2
