@bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

Why are @EE and @BTCare customer services such a bin fire? They can’t even handover a contract between (effectively) themselves and have ended the tv service early so we’re currently missing the @LeicesterTigers game which is the only reason we’re going near BT in the first place

So finally. A resolution to the @bt_uk Mi-selling issue. Basically. Tough ****, feel free to leave. So I have. The single worse example of customer service that I have ever come across. At no point was the issue taken ownership by @bt_uk I had chase constantly. Avoid at all cost.
