    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @btsport Tried to log in with details saved . Wont let me as normal . Hopeless service never get to anyone . About anything had it with you lot . Dreadfull service .

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

    Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    I have literally never had so much trouble setting things up than I have with @bt_uk, from getting our address wrong, to wrong orders and then the box turning up and not working! Honestly getting fed up!! Have rang like 10 times in 1 week 😡😭 #NotGoodEnough

    @bt_uk @tom_blissy I am a follower of Tom’s on Instagram and can’t believe that on 6 occasions a BT engineer hasn’t shown up. I had no idea BT were this bad at customer service until I had seen his experience with you! Sort it out ASAP unless you want to put off any more potential customers!!!

    With BBC offer I think internet companies like @SkyHelpTeam and @bt_uk need to offer a basic lockdown length specific cheap internet package with school work and shopping sites free to use. Help where you can

    @bt_uk @educationgovuk Paying top price as a loyal customer for very poor internet connection that keeps cutting out with a uni student trying to finish his degree. How about you stop robbing us blind while your at it & stop charging for speeds that don't exist.

    @bt_uk can you tell me if the BT WiFi extender 1200 is compatible with the BT business smart hub 7.0? They won't connect to each other and I don't know if the extender is broken or you make incompatible products
