    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @bt_uk Done the text. It's occurring frequently lately. I'm still waiting for supervisor to call me regarding problems on my account and still no call to me. Waited all day after calling 150 at 12pm.

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @bt_uk Why would we want bad internet speed spread across a wider area. The reason we have it is to get internet across a wider area at good speeds

My internet has been down since last night, apparently there’s an issue with the exchange and @OpenreachHelp aren’t fixing it until Wednesday? I work from home! I need this fixed

    Another bloody day without Wi-fi courtesy of the hapless @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp. No sign of engineers again. ‘You’ll just have to be patient’ is the best the BT lack of support desk can manage. Now it’s 8am tomorrow at earliest. They don’t know, they don’t care. Avoid BT ffs

    @btsport offered Scottish football a "derisary" offer because they want Scottish cash to buy English Sports. Same with pro14 rugby...they have no time for Scottish customers and only want our money people...cancel the b@stards and force them out of our country.. English bias

Done the whole like test which said there wasn't a problem in the area (even tho there is) and that I have an issue outside that an engineer will fix on Thursday at the latest but they will confirm in the next 24 hours exactly when it will be.

    @bt_uk @Octave_SSBU Also, apparently your engineering team aren’t expected to go and attempt to fix until Wednesday! Your team should have been out today, the majority of the country are working from home, it’s not good enough! Why haven’t they been out today?????
