    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    well guys idk if stream will happen tomorrow at this rate because my internet is being so god awfully slow that i can hardly even load stream elements within 5 mins. so hopefully @bt_uk can sort this! And yes it is on BT's side. i've checked the outage site.

    @virginmedia Having an issue with your service, very high ping in online games in the evenings, basically makes my internet 50% unusable. I know it's nothing on my end so unless something is being done im gonna have to hop on with @bt_uk or @SkyUK

    @bt_uk My mother died 6 weeks ago. She'd left a message on my BT 1571. Yesterday, I was desperate to hear her voice so tried to listen to it. It had been deleted after a specified period. I contacted BT who told me there's no way to retrieve it. Please help.

    @bt_uk I spent near 6 hours yesterday trying to connect the hybrid connect. Your app 1 second tells me the connection is good. Then tells me its not. Then tells me theres no connection. Im not spending 5 hours more today. So either help me, fix the issue or terminate my contract
