@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk Are we able to cancel a super fast Fibre 100 installation contract and stick with our std service? We took out a new contract on the 2nd July but no news on installation. BT are now charging us a penalty (over £10 per month extra)for staying with an expired contract?

@bt_uk my wi-fi has been down almost 24 hours, I have no 3G left on my phone. Any estimate for when this will be fixed, I have messaged the 61998 no. And it just said we recognise a fault in the area. My area is MK13.
