    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    .@bt_uk received a text at 8.01am to rebook my appointment for upgrade service in next 24hours otherwise my order would be cancelled. Got another text at 9.46am saying it had been cancelled. Tried to call, can't get through.Tried live chat, not available.Great customer service👎

    @skytv how do I cancel multi room? My @bt_uk internet is so poor that it keeps disconnecting from my sky box and BT won't do anything about it. So I don't want to be paying for something I can't use.

    @plusnethelp Right, Sky are saying @plusnethelp need to contact BT migrations to get a number port. BT didn’t cancel the original order quick enough, and the plusnet order was added into the @bt_uk order that was supposed to get cancelled. 🙄😡😡

    @btsport have put the price up to me by 40% and tell me it’s @Ofcom approved! How? 40% increase, robbing bastards. They won’t let me cancel without a fee because apparently I missed the cancellation date that was sent by email. Only found out it had gone up when i had the Bill

    @bt_uk How hard can it be to install a new landline? I was told no visit required but phone doesn't work, now being told I didn't need to pay the £70 connection fee. What is going on???? still no working phone weeks later.

    @bt_uk My contract is ending soon however I'm not eligible for a new customer deal. I called the loyalty team. Otherwise I could just cancel after expiry and get the new deal, or switch provider for their deal.
