    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @cxnky @bt_uk Report them to @CISASUK request a deadlock letter. You can then get CISAS to look at the problem and they will tick them off and request a good compensation.

    @BTCare so apparently I get charged for calls people make to me when I'm in usa even if phone turned off or on airplane mode. I'm told it's my fault as I have my allowance set to £5 over my bill which is not enough for USA. So only solution I can see is post mobile back to UK

    @btbusinesscare Twice you have breached the contract without even an apology, and continued to charge high fees for service that has been disrupted. Local business team are never available. Incredibly disappointed.

    @bt_uk I’ve been dealing with many issues with BT since May 2022 - I am now waiting for a call from a ‘senior manager’. Twice this call has been scheduled and twice they haven’t bothered calling. What does a person have to do to get someone to take a customer seriously?
