    @bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

    Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk Good morning, I'm staying with my son in London. His broadband isn't connected yet. There is free BTwi-fi/hotspot but when I connect it wants a new password everytime! So not allowing my phone and laptop access as each log requires a new password. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk FTTP down LOS red light. Fault check via BT on my mobile but it's stuck in a loop between book an engineer appointment and running new test because the old test (done seconds ago) has expired. ARGHHH! 😡what am I supposed to do BT!

    @bt_uk so after moving into a new house in March we have had continuous connection issues. We were told a few weeks ago we could finally have fibre broadband. A date was set for 25th aug. Then changed to 1st sept, without consultation. 1/2

    Update on this. Despite complaint @bt_uk have taken the money by direct debit with no contact with me! A disgrace
