@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

@bt_uk I'm absolutely fuming, I'm a new customer and I have been left without broadband. My service started with you on the 12th of Jan 2021, an engineer was supposed to come out and complete the work, that didn't happen according to notes on your system someone called me on the
