    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk absolutely feel let down by BT. Sent my 75 year old Mum deferent equipment, failed to install and left her panicking with delays. No where to complain as no one answers.

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    @bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

    @bt_uk I would very much like a refund I am a final year uni student with a deadline on Friday and I haven’t been able to attend online meetings with my lecturers about my work because the internet is so slow My whole house is full of students and none of us can do work

    @OpenreachHelp want to charge us £110,000 for new Internet to our Village. £500 per house hold. That's going to be difficult. Side note: @bt_uk and other ISP refuse to help.

    @bt_uk If the broadband is so good why do you need mobile backup?? Never regret leaving BT after Years of rubbish copper line prehistoric broadband.... dare say I will go back when FTTH comes round
