  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  Absolute shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach . 80 year old parents without landline or broadband due to an off site fault for over a week, call center a chocolate teapot and still no visit from an open reach engineer or any hint of service recovery. Contact plz
