  @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
