    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @bt_uk Hi. We moved house yesterday and booked an paid for an engineer to help with internet setup. The BT engineer did not show up, you’ve told us the internet is working but our hub is flashing purple and we have no internet. Please can you advise further. Thankyou.

    @bt_uk It's following well, a cheeky rioja. would you like an off the cuff techie Q ?? Can BT hubs be used as wireless access points?? Primary hub, connects to a power con, 2nd power con connected to another hub, for a wireless connection. Poor mans Mesh.

    @bt_uk I’ve done it, it says a fault has been found. I’m not doing this merry go round again. EVERY time the open reach engineers come they plug their device in and say “we see there’s been a problem but there’s no problem at the moment…”
