@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk are an absolute joke! Engineer due to come yesterday to set up our line, never arrived, turned his phone off so no one could contact him, then at 9pm lied & said he was round the corner. Now BT has booked us in for an emergency set up which is two weeks away! Unacceptable!

So BT is selling #BTSport. I never understood the idea in the first place. Remember it was FREE when it started with BT Broadband and is now £15 a month for about 5% of what Sky offers. But the MotoGP is brilliant. Hope someone takes care of it.

@bt_uk is there any point in having a landline ? Every call I get now are thieves trying to get my bank details ! This week : fake calls from BT my wifi is about to fail, TAX office I am about to be arrested, accident claim & D&G renewal of appliances cover, POST OFFICE parcel
