    @bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @BTCare My widowed vulnerable Nan is currently at home alone with no phone line since 10th Aug! Your automated email response was not good enough! Left with no resolve in sight. Your customer service level is disgraceful

    @Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

    @btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

    @BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

    @bt_uk Yes it had taken 5 weeks but the next morning an Openreach guy knocked the door and said it was all good to go. You made me send back kit and sent exactly the same again. I have everything but you say I still need to be connected. Please help. I genuinely can’t work offline.

    @bt_uk Internet in Horningsea CB25 went down last Monday morning, and your bot just keeps pushing it forward every time the fix date passes without a fix. Could a real person tell me what’s happening here please?

    @Crashed7 @bt_uk When it's working properly it's fine - although we've never approached the 150Mbps we're supposed to get - but then we're not high usage so, 70-80 mbps usually fine for what we want. 30-40 is pathetic, though. Far more drop-outs than we got with EE as well.
