    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @BTCare My widowed vulnerable Nan is currently at home alone with no phone line since 10th Aug! Your automated email response was not good enough! Left with no resolve in sight. Your customer service level is disgraceful

    Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

    @Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

    @bt_uk My speed is back to normal and my hub is working fine just had the worst two days without Internet I hope on the 1/12/22 engineer find out why there was a issue in my area se8 because the Internet was down from Sunday from 1 am for the whole two and now the hub is staying blue

    @bt_uk I sign a new contract your part of the deal is to provide services and you have failed for 208 days. Well maybe Sky, Virgin, talktalk, plusnet want a customer who pays who stays with his provider and is loyal. This is making feel.horrible and @BT_UK it feels you just don't care

    @bt_uk Decided to stay with sky (for now) in light of this issue. It's to do with the 'auto hdmi match frame rate' - this doesnt seem to work on the BT BOX PRO
