@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk We already have an engineer coming out for the 4th time and can’t maintain a decent WiFi signal from one room to the next. I’m not the only one having these issues over the last few months.
