@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

@bt_uk we have an broadband outage in the village I live in, we know the fault is at the exchange, approc 30 houses affected, people have registered the fault and we are being sent individual engineers to each house rather than the one who could repair the exchange.

@bt_uk You closed our broadband account in error yesterday. We had to set up a new account and have to wait until potentially 4th Dec to be reconnected. Especially during this time, that is absolutely unacceptable. You need to reconnect us immediately, please can someone fix this
