    @btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @btsport is there no way that you can offer your own commentary team from the UK. The FOX9 commentary is utterly wretched. If not maybe you could offer TMS as an audio option. If I wanted to listen to a bunch of biased aussies bang on about how awful we are I'd go to walkabout

    @bt_uk Thank you for your response. I am going to be a new customer but when putting my new address on your system it tells me a BT line is already active so an engineer won’t be needed. How long does it normally take for WiFi to activate? I’d like it to be there when I move in.

    @bt_uk @ee very disappointed with your service so far, just moved into a rental for the first time, am with EE for my phone contract, so ordered BT full fibre through them. Wasn't informed on the phone that it would need an engineer to set up, wasn't until the order went (1)
