Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on.
