    @BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @bt_uk George is working on it for us. He may need some help with escalating the issue, as you don’t have engineers until Monday . He also thinks it could be the router or the filter but he’s only allowed to send one out . This seams unfair . @virginmedia is this the same at VM?
