We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
