    @BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

    @bt_uk I can test the speeds wired shortly but that’s not the problem. I can get 300MB/s on a wireless connection in the same room as the hub but as soon I’m upstairs I get less than 30MB/s. Would it be possible to get another line in installed upstairs? Thanks

    @bt_uk Never thought of that. Yeah phones on 5 and Chromecast is on 2.4. I have one wi-fi name. Do you think I'll need to split them? Really wanted to stay away from that but will if I have to.

    @bt_uk my dad's account was hacked at 2:10am today and the package changed from sport to entertainment. He has been told he has to wait 30 days to change it back. Is there any way this can be resolved as we are now paying for a package we will never use and only ever used sport
