    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    Awaiting new TV hub from @BTCare but now there’s a delay thanks to @parcelforce. Promised a service which neither has delivered on, or taking responsibility for. We have been without services since Saturday. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and don’t blame the Christmas period!

    @BTCare Nope no issues, my line is is plugged in to the main socket and my phone can make and receive calls. I would normally call your contact centre but the absolute shocking customer service I have had in the past, I would rather not.
