@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

@bt_uk fix your **** wifi i was guaranteed on average 100mbps for the last week the best i have had is 32.8mbps download speed and 18.9mbps upload speed and as a result i have not been able to use my console any online game won’t even load up and iPlayer apps wont work

@bt_uk Pfft! Shocking service from you the past few days. Landline and internet out since Wednesday. Lied to twice by staff setting up engineer appointments. Disgraceful customer service. Never use them under any circumstances. We will be changing providers immediately.
