    @bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

I would love to see matches in that league shown, even Justin highlight form.

    @bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk How does it work out when we had no service over weekend. This only mentions weekdays. I'm not having you wriggle out of this being reported on Friday and fixed by Tuesday, meaning we'll get nothing for this.

    I have to say, that @BT_UK customer support has been consistently brilliant, to my amazement. They've really upped their game compared with 20 years ago when I left them in disgust. Never had to wait more than 2 rings for my calls to be answered, friendly and helpful advisers.

    @AnnaGra65143872 @bt_uk Section 14, paragraph B in their terms of service outlines the compensation you are entitled to (£8.06 a day after the first 2 days). Check it out! You can also Google the CEO's email address to escalate things (I'm not posting it here on this forum, for obvious reasons!)
