-
K Champaneria (@KChampaneria1) reported from Rossett, Wales@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Broadcasting at 3.00 p.m historically never allowed to protect live attendances. Just because that was always the way however does not mean it cannot be reviewed.
-
russ phillips (@rustyp29) reported from Crewe, England@TomMarsy @btsport He certainly chatted some shit
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England@bt_uk And you actually think that's acceptable? Or that's an acceptable answer? Disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I'll make sure you are bad mouthed everywhere for this. Vile customer service. Unacceptable.
-
Adam Bateman (@BoxyBate) reported from Nantwich, England@ljo_87 @hunter_mufc @ManUtdWomenFans @btsport @FAWSL @F1 @FAWC_ Oh yeah I agee about the @FAWC_, it was bad enough trying to find non MUTV highlights of games when we were in it, but now we are not, it seems as if that league has sadly been forgotten about somewhat. I would love to see matches in that league shown, even Justin highlight form.
-
Phil Bedford (@crewealex7) reported from Crewe, EnglandPoor quality. And they wonder why @btsport and @SkyFootball will be fighting over ONE club when the EPL fixtures are out a week on Thursday....
-
Matt Toms (@toms_matt) reported from Crewe, England@btsport the commentary is terrible, this is a horrific injury and you are more bothered about the game than his welfare!!
-
Martin H. #FBCoalition2024 3.5% 🟨🟥 (@Mhcrewe81Martin) reported from Crewe, England@bt_uk No thanks, I solved the problem.
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England@bt_uk How does it work out when we had no service over weekend. This only mentions weekdays. I'm not having you wriggle out of this being reported on Friday and fixed by Tuesday, meaning we'll get nothing for this.
-
Matt Western* (@westie0808) reported from Shavington cum Gresty, England@bt_uk is there a broadband problem in the CW2 area??? Ours has been dropping in and out all day, very annoying now!!
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England@bt_uk I just want a rebate for your error that left us with no services for 4 days. Not sure why this is so difficult for you to understand. Terrible service, no empathy. You truly are shocking.

Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.
-
In Motion (Medical) Clinics (@InMotionClinics) reported from Chorlton, EnglandWe waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!
-
Barcelona Szczecinek (@BarcelonaSzcze1) reported from Crewe, England@TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

-
Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃
-
nicolas mcmillan (@herbie963) reportedAbsolute shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach . 80 year old parents without landline or broadband due to an off site fault for over a week, call center a chocolate teapot and still no visit from an open reach engineer or any hint of service recovery. Contact plz
-
Peter Old (@HamPeasyStottie) reported@bt_uk I have phoned twice but the issue is still unresolved. I still can't log in
-
Kev Kirk (@kevkirk76) reported@btbusinesscare why am I STILL being billed when our service ended 17/7 and we’ve paid the final bill. Now being billed for another month. Your billing department manage to ***** up every time we’ve used BT.
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
-
TobyBailey - will follow back (@bailey_toby) reported@Steve__Paxton When I call my bank @firstdirect a person answers the phone. A person that wants to help me. They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
-
Amit (@Amit72191182463) reported@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
-
Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
-
Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk So how do i pay my bill? I cannot login to pay it?
