@btsport the commentary is terrible, this is a horrific injury and you are more bothered about the game than his welfare!!

  • calBradke Callum Bradke (@calBradke) reported from Crewe, England

@btsport ******* up their planner again. Schalke v Augsburg has gone down the inevitable pit of the red button. #S04FCA

  • JulieAnnMulvey Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England

@bt_uk I just want a rebate for your error that left us with no services for 4 days. Not sure why this is so difficult for you to understand. Terrible service, no empathy. You truly are shocking.

  • JulieAnnMulvey Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England

@bt_uk How does it work out when we had no service over weekend. This only mentions weekdays. I'm not having you wriggle out of this being reported on Friday and fixed by Tuesday, meaning we'll get nothing for this.

  • KChampaneria1 K Champaneria (@KChampaneria1) reported from Rossett, Wales

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Broadcasting at 3.00 p.m historically never allowed to protect live attendances. Just because that was always the way however does not mean it cannot be reviewed.

  • JulieAnn1972 Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnn1972) reported from Haslington, England

@petronious @btsport My neighbour is 70 odd. No computer and only a basic mobile, so this doesn't help her 😕

  • draneni I.Am.Emmanuel (@draneni) reported from Crewe, England

Peter Walton the most useless referee pundit ever. How is that not a foul against Kante? He has never said anything against VAR or any referee #btsport shame on you for employing such a dim witted fella. I am sorry to say.

  • rustyp29 russ phillips (@rustyp29) reported from Crewe, England

@TomMarsy @btsport He certainly chatted some shit

  • InMotionClinics In Motion (Medical) Clinics (@InMotionClinics) reported from Chorlton, England

We waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!

  • DebsRWalton Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

  • michaelgstokes Klem Fandango (@michaelgstokes) reported from Gresford, Wales

    @reeves0558 @fearlessidzine @btsportfootball @btsport @RobbieSavage8 @Wrexham_AFC I agree but it’s not way traffic either, a poor game so far.

  • cryo_nebula Cryo_Nebula69 (@cryo_nebula) reported from Marchwiel, Wales

@bt_uk my Internet is down I phoned the number but it dint work also one of my friend is also with u and his Internet is down

  • JulieAnnMulvey Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England

@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

  • crewealex7 Phil Bedford (@crewealex7) reported from Crewe, England

Poor quality. And they wonder why @btsport and @SkyFootball will be fighting over ONE club when the EPL fixtures are out a week on Thursday....

  • DebsRWalton Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England

@bt_uk Thank you - shame about the lies and broken promises along the way - it’s certainly a positive start to the working week.

  • JulieAnnMulvey Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England

@bt_uk And you actually think that's acceptable? Or that's an acceptable answer? Disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I'll make sure you are bad mouthed everywhere for this. Vile customer service. Unacceptable.

  • westie0808 Matt Western* (@westie0808) reported from Shavington cum Gresty, England

@bt_uk is there a broadband problem in the CW2 area??? Ours has been dropping in and out all day, very annoying now!!

  • BarcelonaSzcze1 Barcelona Szczecinek (@BarcelonaSzcze1) reported from Crewe, England

@TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕

  • Mhcrewe81Martin Martin H. #FBCoalition2024 3.5% 🟨🟥 (@Mhcrewe81Martin) reported from Crewe, England

@bt_uk No thanks, I solved the problem.

  • BoxyBate Adam Bateman (@BoxyBate) reported from Nantwich, England

@ljo_87 @hunter_mufc @ManUtdWomenFans @btsport @FAWSL @F1 @FAWC_ Oh yeah I agee about the @FAWC_, it was bad enough trying to find non MUTV highlights of games when we were in it, but now we are not, it seems as if that league has sadly been forgotten about somewhat. I would love to see matches in that league shown, even Justin highlight form.

@England @bt_uk I know we won but that was a pile of steaming dogpoop! Vast improvement needed on tuesday night if we intend to win anything. Waistcoat needs to give his head a wobble. Poor.

  • kickthfc 𝓴𝓲𝓬𝓴.𝓽𝓱𝓯𝓬 (@kickthfc) reported

@DartingDiaz @England @bt_uk Then why do you support an English team

  • Football2nd_ Football 🔥 (@Football2nd_) reported

@England @bt_uk Francd could literally never

  • AidanGill02 Aidan Gill (@AidanGill02) reported

@BrandonFPS__ @England @bt_uk First half he was decent second he was awful tbf

  • peterbrownbarra Peter Brown (@peterbrownbarra) reported

@LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk I think there may be a policy to leave a skeleton service of landline phone boxes as fewer and fewer people have landlines in their houses. Following extreme weather mobile communications can be knocked out much easier than landlines.

  • __Jaggs16 Jaggs (@__Jaggs16) reported

@DartingDiaz @England @bt_uk Yet you support an English team

  • Johnhazy John Hayes (@Johnhazy) reported

@tinamreynolds @bt_uk Apparently, in response to massive resistance and feedback, they've realised they've cocked up and are no delaying this for vulnerable folk. They have no suitable solution.

  • peterbrownbarra Peter Brown (@peterbrownbarra) reported

@iamonabeach @LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk Haven’t a clue but when we had the big gale about 15 years ago radio transmitters for telephones television and radio collapsed, leaving only landlines. In an emergency communications are vital, and people on the mainland had more information about our situation than we had.

  • ah2499__ Alex (@ah2499__) reported

@FerdiArchduke @England @bt_uk Had no service and no runners when he’s on the ball like at spurs

  • FergiesRightRef FergiesRightRef (@FergiesRightRef) reported

@ThatsFootballTV @btsport Harreh will suffer now. Poor ole Harreh. Get the PR team out.
