@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

I would love to see matches in that league shown, even Justin highlight form.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@virginmedia considering how much you charge for your services. It is surprising that technical support doesn't operate 24hrs like @skytv and @bt_uk and all you are left with in the middle of the night is your automated system that isn't very helpful.

@bt_uk Hi. I have a business account. After 1 hr 45mins I eventually got higher up your support desks and was told BT had a system error. He had to resolve it manually. I am always having to wait on hold. BT custservice is appalling. 😡
