@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....(2/2)

@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

Now had three calls this morning on our @bt_uk landline from scammers telling us that we have a problem with our internet service. Seems nothing can be done. Getting sick of this. Time to ditch the land line altogether

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

@bt_uk So even after they validated security via other methods over the phone, your BT agent refused to help them on “security grounds”, why should it take a local IT company who isn’t BT to assist and resolve as BT left them high and dry? Yes we sorted it but BT were no help.

Terrible service from BT @bt_uk and Openreach @WeAreOpenreach today. I had to stay at home all day to wait for them to install our broadband between 8 am and 1 pm. An appointment that had been confirmed twice. No show. Not a single message or phone call from Openreach.
