Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....

My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT
