    Hi @OpenreachHelp and @BTCare. I’ve been without a phone line now for 6+ hours, and subsequently no internet. 2 @WeAreOpenreach vans seen in the area without resolution. Reported to @SkyHelpTeam who have escalated to you. Any chance of an update?

    @bt_uk not happy. Internet has been dropping for weeks now. All the money I pay and still not rectified. Promised a new hub. Still not delivered. Might as Well throw money down the drain. @BTCare

    @MotoGP It may be, but you allowed the cancellation instead of reschedule for the next day, very poor on you and the teams who blocked the reschedule to Monday it’s not even like you are racing next weekend!!!! I think @btsport should get a refund

    @BTCare are there any broadband issues in CW8? Seems very on and off today and normally get 60mb and been down to 12mb max for the last few days!

    @BTCare Thanks for replying Dee. Chat should have got someone to ring me. Service is getting worse. The visit was for a broadband fault. The fibre service I’m getting is the worst I have ever had - shocking. Even an appliance that is hard wired in is failing. Really disappointed.

    @BTCare Yes they have refused refund and are supposed to be sending the issue to another complaints team but I have yet to receive this confirmation.

    @ShaunAmor @BTCare It’s standard for BT mate. Appalling customer service for new & existing. Ridiculous dog legs in processes between BT & Openreach. It’s always complicated & infuriating trying to get anything done with them

    @BTCare Hi Elaine, I am on the phone, talking to brandon in Cardiff, who has told me no one has picked my case up, no one has done anything about the complaint I raised either, he has now told me that it will be at least another 5 days till anything is sorted which is unacceptable

    @BTCare Naturally I did the test socket, 🙄, I also remember an engineer ‘fixing’ the problem approx 18 months ago, by knocking my line out altogether for 2 weeks, and claiming the problem was rectified 😄😄

    @BTCare I made a complaint but it is still not resolved. We had issues with broadband back in jan 18. BT decided to send engineer and has now charged us for this visit. Stating it was client equipment yet I still have the same euipqment. Engineer didn’t touch my equipment.

    @BTCare No, was hung up on four times before someone would even look, information given completely sketchy, tech person has apparently passed it on and someone will contact me , no day or time given, asked to raise complaint as no manager available (VOL013-338736204644) Garry
