  @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  @btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is ***** and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
