@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

@bt_uk Sorry Catherine but Im not phoning again. Your team seemed pretty adamant yesterday that they were not going to help other than run a diagnostic test. That test said our internet is strong. After me telling them that my room is a black spot, they passed me around! 1)
