@btsport why do you celebrate a man down without mentioning the impact on supporters who pay your wages. The game is being ruined . It’s a man’s sport …man up.

@btsport WRC. Will you be sticking the microphone in the face of drivers immediately after they have completed a stage and asking them very stupid questions for much longer?
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England
@bt_uk I just want a rebate for your error that left us with no services for 4 days. Not sure why this is so difficult for you to understand. Terrible service, no empathy. You truly are shocking.
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England
@bt_uk And you actually think that's acceptable? Or that's an acceptable answer? Disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I'll make sure you are bad mouthed everywhere for this. Vile customer service. Unacceptable.
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England
@bt_uk How does it work out when we had no service over weekend. This only mentions weekdays. I'm not having you wriggle out of this being reported on Friday and fixed by Tuesday, meaning we'll get nothing for this.
-
Julie Ann Mulvey (@JulieAnnMulvey) reported from Haslington, England
@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

Paul Haddrell (@HaddrellPaul) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@bt_uk @BT I don’t know how this has happened, but I have tried it with older login credentials and I am in. Confused??!!?!
-
Stephen Walters (@rathgorn) reported from Stone, England
@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.
-
Stephen Walters (@rathgorn) reported from Stone, England
@bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

-
aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported
@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
-
aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported
@bt_uk It seems a waste of @WeAreOpenreach time to order a service, then find the person will not put a bracket on to a brick wall or take the cable down the side of a house! Routing of a cable and bracket is nothing to do with service availability. @WeAreOpenreach can you comment?
-
aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported
@bt_uk still having major problems trying to find out if you can install a new service BEFORE I order. I need a cable secured by a bracket on brick, not upvc board and down the side of the house, not front. Why can't anyone discuss this? I don't want to cancel on the day itself!
