    @bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    @ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

    @btbusinesscare Not helpful really. Any business needing help has to wait for Tuesday. Absolutely useless service. Currently experiencing THIRD week this year of broken service. Bank holiday should be my busiest time, but Iโ€™ve had to close. 0/10.

    @bt_uk youโ€™ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

    WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I donโ€™t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasnโ€™t paying them ยฃ70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I canโ€™tโ€ฆโ€ฆ
