  @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

  @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

  My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

  @aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped.   Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

  @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
