    @lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

    @bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    @btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @btbusinesscare Received a useless call saying I'll be charged now. Said completely different information to what the first guy told me when he booked the engineer. So I have ended the call because you wasted my time, gave conflicting information & have delivered terrible service.

    Got a @bt_uk engineer attending today apparently in the next 25 mins as they said 8am-1pm and its 12:36. And we will get a charge of Β£85 if the issue isnt something that can be proved as their fault πŸ™ƒ I'll keep you updated

    @bt_uk I regret moving over to BT!! It’s been nothing but poor customer service, unreliability and false promises from the start!! Account keeps getting shut without any notification or authentication and now the WiFi is so poor oh and customer care lie about reimbursement too!! πŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

    @bt_uk install this and restore the coverings, then I'd like to know that before (or if) I place an order. Hence why I figured it'd be OR that could help - indeed their 'contact us' service said that they would help, but the response wasn't massively helpful :(

    Hey @bt_uk my 87 mum is paying you folks about Β£187 every 3 months for landline and sending emails on a 10 year old tablet. Your customer service team told her she needed it. It's not even unlimited calls! What the hell?

    @bt_uk Hi, sadly yes, she spoke to an advisor on Sunday and did all the normal checks and resets but still had issues so had to schedule engineer visit but disappointingly that’s not until 17th so got to go 10 days no internet
