  @bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

What’s lost is going the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations - it’s now about doing the minimum they can get away with and still be able to charge you.

  I signed up for @TalkTalk #fullfibre and I’ve gone from full wifi access over my house to only the kitchen having reliable signal and apparently the answer is pay extra for full house. I can access neighbours @bt_uk and @virginmedia signal but not my own #notgoodenough
