I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

Helen Shackleton (@hshacks) reported@bt_uk having to soft reset numerous times and retune tv channels at least once a week! Not really the service I signed up for. I would warn anyone thinking of switching that whilst the broadband is great, the tv service is crap.
