@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@RossCampion4 @bt_uk Mate I had the same dwnload was 10 upload was 1. Is your contract nearly up? 3engineers came out no progress. Signed a bee contract miraculously went back to normal… login in to the router they could be throttling it back

@bt_uk This happens when I’m at home too. Does BT home router act as a public WiFi. When I go out and lose connection at home when I return I get multiple errors but once connected to my home connection the errors stop.

@bt_uk Nope, nothing happened last time you responded. You failed to supply ducting, so I got it installed for £130 and then you cancel the order for no reason. You lot are simply incompetent. If there were another line installer I would kick you into touch, but the isnt.

@bt_uk you cancelled my broadband & phoneline, instead of it being a non renewal. I was at the end of my contract, i didn't cancel, you did. Now I have to wait weeks for my new provider to provide a new number. Very spiteful.

@bt_uk I'm a new customer and the tracking on my fibre/TV box says it's estimated delivery is yesterday but it hasn't arrived. It's due to start today. Will I start paying for the services if the box hasn't arrived?
