Unbelievably poor internet service yet again today. Making working from home extremely difficult and frustrating. @bt_uk you are robbing us blind with what we pay for this ridiculously poor service.

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@_shaunirvine @bt_uk I work for BT aswell, although not a part of a technical team. Definitely a BT Issue though, seems like they’re having some widespread DNS/NAT Issues, so unfortunately some people won’t realise the issue therefore won’t report it. Hopefully will be resolved soon though
