@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

Unbelievably poor internet service yet again today. Making working from home extremely difficult and frustrating. @bt_uk you are robbing us blind with what we pay for this ridiculously poor service.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

@bt_uk My issue is that I have not been contacted to cancel today's appointment, and have wasted my morning being available for an engineer who isn't coming, and now need to make myself available on Wednesday. I have commitments outside of paying BT for a phone line that doesn't work.

@bt_uk No BT is a farce! BT are happy to let long standing customers walk as they can’t resolve issues! Anybody reading this, if you live in rural/semi rural location, don’t choose BT. They don’t care, overpriced and bad connectivity!

So @bt_uk slogan is "We connect for good" Ironic cause I've been waiting nearly a month for broadband due to them having 'connection problems' to send an engineer out? @EE #awks
-
Chris Upton

When @bt_uk take over 3 months to rectify a problem then fail to respond 3 times when you eventually get through on the phone I’d say that was disgraceful service. Also not had the decency of a reply from the head of customer service. No wonder they get 1.6 rating on Trustpilot.

@bt_uk No, I have contacted OFCOM about your failings, and your inability to sort out all the problems I have had, with your 'unbreakable' broadband.
