Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
Andrew Glover (@thequestingvole) reportedJust cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

-
Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
