@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

As well as using the kiosks as repeater cells for the mobile network, if you are going to move to VoIP you can also use the kiosks as wireless hot spots for customers & those who want to pay to use faster internet @bt_uk

@bt_uk Apologies, replied to other tweet. Networks currently are EE and Three - also have had O2, and Tesco too I think. They are elderly. Mobile can't get signal in house OR in street (so can't sit in car and phone either). Odd email might come through but can't use phone or net

@bt_uk Hi, yes he did fix the issue temporarily and unfortunately we still do not have wifi in half the flat. He mentioned getting extenders? I paid an extra £50 a few months ago for an extender that doesnt work. He said I should replace with discs. I am not paying again for this
