  @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

  @BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

  @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

  @bt_uk Pensioner upgrade to Digital but gets free upgrade. Engineer comes and goes. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

  @bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills
