@bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

@bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk I'm on the Fibre Halo 1 and your website says I can get fibre 2 plus phone for 30 quid. Unless you've just moved everyone onto halo so you can pretend it's a different service to rip people off.

@bt_uk Why does your price promise say I won't pay more than a new customer, yet new customers can get what I'm offered for £30 a month and the lowest you'd drop me to is £55 a month.
