    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @bt_uk how terrible is they I rang BT to multi room BT off, and without telling me, a BT customer service advisor, extended my contract, that is so bad, I only found out today when I rang for another reason, I thought BT to honest m, people watch out for Advisors Bad

    @bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

    @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

    @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

    @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk can you look into the area to see why my Internet is cutting out its happened 4 times within half hour now. My ara is Accrington BB5 6RT. If this carries on I will leave the Internet service in Januray as I have already cancelled my TV sub with you. Your shocking!

    @bt_uk Many companies have separate depts, yet have internal contacts…maybe @bt_uk need to change, so they can provide info. In private messages, it certainly wasn’t helpful! It shouldn’t cost the customer to resolve. I was given 3 wrong emails before I found the correct email!

    @bt_uk I moved house and tried to move my services to the new address, instead I was dumped without being informed. I'm now being told that l have to start a new contract and pay £38 a month for the same service I was paying £27.61 for. I'm fuming!

    @bt_uk My wife's been on the phone to you yesterday evening. Once again an engineer is coming out. It seems obvious your box isn't up to much and as your failing to deliver the service we're paying for what's going to happen? For example where do we stand exiting the contract early FOC?

    @bt_uk I can probably predict it. Reset the box again, wipe all the recordings again, cause us more inconvenience. Best you as a company can do. Absolutely not a chance of renewing contract should we get that far, I'd rather sit and watch paint dry than continue to put up with this crap

    @bt_uk Just spoke to an advisor not happy. No resolve I was told I couldn’t do anything because the order ‘they’ placed is not complete. So confused! Literally thinking to cancel WIFI could do with the saving and the customer service from your team over the phone sucks!
