Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
