Chris (@MrChris62) reported from Guildford, England@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.
-
Olly Shah (@OllyShah) reported from Slough, England@BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.
-
Cllr Helen Taylor (@CllrHelenTaylor) reported from Maidenhead, England@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.
-
Zubair (@zubi89) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

Becky Chanceux (@beckychanceux) reportedIn this day of tech and 24 hour businesses why do BT customer helplines not work weekends? Seems really out of date #BT #customerservice @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare
-
AS (@kingaliababa) reported@bt_uk No errors it’s just really glitchy picture, like a bad signal. And yes, just on sky sports.
-
Our Kid (@SlinkyMofo) reported@bt_uk So you want us, the customer to pay EXTRA if YOUR systems fail ?. If your system fails YOU should be doing all you can to fix it and making sure you can keep up with your end of the contract AND paying us for the inconvenience. You make billions and you want more ?.
-
James (@jamclarkey) reported@Chr1sF1 @bt_uk You can go broadband only (i.e no voice service) which will save a few ££ a month. Rental of the physical line that delivers the broadband to you is bundles in the cost.
-
Dre ® (@drebee88) reported@bt_uk Would like you to reply to a dm that's been on going for the last 2months. Also Internet down in my area?
-
richard beaumont (@richard76691557) reported@bt_uk My 87 year old mum’s phone still isn’t working, which means her emergency alarm isn’t working, that’s 69 days without a phone!
-
Andy Stanford-Clark (@andysc) reported@jamclarkey @bt_uk It would be nice if the UPS supplied the DC the router needs, to save a round trip from the batteries up to 240v AC and back down again.
-
AS (@kingaliababa) reported@bt_uk I’m having constant problems with Sky Sports channels only. Reset router, turn unplug box but no change. Happened for over a week now, unable to watch at all today. Picture scrambles, pixelates, audio crashes etc. can someone advise asap.
-
E ❄️🌱🌥🌲❄️ (@poteidia) reported@bt_uk Why did you cut all your tv customers off from access to Alibi channel? Now only available to Sky & Virgin subscribers - one's useless for me (get a high wind & the signal goes!) & the other isn't even available here. So I'm stuck with you & your ever-decreasing lineup...😒
-
Pete Verdon (@pete_v) reported@PeteLomasPi @andysc @bt_uk You don’t? Unless you live somewhere without mobile signal, why does any house need a landline telephone? I’m forty this year and have never owned one. BT line for ADSL sure, for some, but a voice telephone on the wall is a total anachronism. You phone people, not houses!
