@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

@bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk I’ve found BT shocking to be fair, WiFi has never been so bad. Ps5 in my front room less than 2 meters away from hub and playing fifa or anything that needs a stable connect and I’m lagging so bad it’s unplayable. BT help is very poor, I’ve done it so many times!

@bt_uk I have a new appointment for Thursday for an Openreach engineer to come out. Not keeping my hopes up as they’ve let me down twice already. Been with sky for 25years & only come to BT as you can provide fibre but it’s been abysmal from the get go…
