peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
