Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

@BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

So, a member of the call center at @bt_uk previously said ‘**** you’ and hung up on me. I asked for a recording of the call and conveniently the recording ends when she says it. They’re leaving it at that. Which means they think it’s fine for that to happen. Great work @BTCare.

Has anyone had hurrendous customer support from @EE and @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach recently? We’ve been without a landline since last Wednesday- my mum is waiting for a phonecall from hospital regarding a date for Cancer surgery.
