Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

  Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

  @bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

  If @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

  @bt_uk Perhaps you could read the message I sent ans acknowledge that your chat service and account access aren't working for one of your customers. To be honest, that would resonate better than inviting me to spend an hour on the phone for a 5 minute issue.

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I can’t……
