I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
