@bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....

@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@bt_uk She wasn’t given anything apart from a reference number. Said it can take 24 hours for service to resume once they payment was made again even through she paid the bill in March, then was told can take 3 weeks to look into the missing payment from March
