    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph awaiting transfer of phone line to digital service since 22/4/21. No service since. Contacted customer service on numerous occasions. Very kind and helpful staff but unable to resolve the issue. Without land line for more than a month.

    I give up with @bt_uk We’ve had so many problems with the #BTTV service, 1 engineer visit, 2 boxes & I’ve lost count with how many times we’ve had to reset the TV Box. I’ll just go back to watching everything on catchup on my AppleTV. It’s much easier and FREE #wasteofmoney #fail

    @bt_uk Last update was around two weeks ago. Nothing since. And regarding the debt collectors I hadn’t realised it had got that far! Only after receiving a letter, text and email from the debt collectors. I will be raising a complaint as this has caused a huge amount of stress!

    @bt_uk 1/ My elderly mother in law has just phoned in tears. You cancelled her services in error over 10 days ago, and despite promising a swift resolution, have now told her there has been an 'integrity problem' and to wait 2-3 working days for a callback for further info.

    @bt_uk i need help immediately my grandparents line is down AGAIN and they have no means of contacting us or emergency services and their fall line to the carers. The phone number keeps cutting me off can someone call me now!!!!
