    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @samneeclogg @bt_uk @Ofcom Next the landline phones were disconnected and we had to use the digital phone we had received. So we are now down to one phone when we need an extra phone in the bedroom for my husband’s work. We had never indicated we didn’t want to use the landline.

    @samneeclogg @bt_uk @Ofcom BT had never mentioned disconnecting our present landline phones. Why are BT not making their intentions clear to their loyal customers, we clearly stated we wanted to continue with our existing contract at the beginning of the conversation online. This is not acceptable.
