@bt_uk I have had months of this lack in communication from BT and still the issue hasn’t been rectified - everyone seems to want to pass the book and not communicate. It’s frustrating, When i ask to speak to a manager it seems to be refused or some excuses made!

@bt_uk I was supposed to have an engineer come and install my internet at my new property. The service was disconnected as expected at the old property. The engineer was unable to attend due to running out of cables. The soonest date they can now get out to me is the 11th of may.

@btsport I agree that online hate should stop but will media blackout work. Haters will only start up again after blackout while true fans etc pay the price. Yes report Haters, abuser's etc but U shouldn't punish the true fans
