My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑
