Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
