I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Daniel Trevor (@Trevhimself) reported@bt_uk I'm currently waiting on a phone call as I have an open complaint. The guy I spoke to said he'd call me at 1:30 but then again an engineer was supposed to attend between 8am and 1pm so start to believe your company doesn't take my situation seriously
