    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    So people for fire stoppage @CLCGroup1 are here for @Havebury nicely on time, having trouble parking van as work going On either side of our building. @bt_uk also early, sadly no hoist, so no connection yet. At least I'm up early and. It's a lovely day.🥰🌹

    @bt_uk I’ve attempted to get your customer service reps to resolve this on 5 different occasions and got nowhere. So I figured publicly exposing the fact that you breach GDPR by sending details like that to unverified addresses might work

    @hhysted @bt_uk The cut off has been pushed back till October for the two trial sites. But ISPs have to migrate you over by then at the latest. You will start to see degradation of your service ie slow speeds and no use of landline. Until your are migrated or you miss the date and cut off

    @bt_uk It's model ID 0059, but I don't beleive the issue is on the device. This started happening after a server outage over the weekend that appears to not have been correctly resolved.

    @bt_uk My broadband has been off since Thursday flashing pink and earliest an engineer can come fix the fault is Wednesday and the fault is not even in my property

    @bt_uk What ever you do do not go with bt. Absolutely shocking company. Asked me ti send back router what I done but as their processes are so poor are going to charge me £50 in a time when every one is struggling with costs.

    @bt_uk can someone explain to me why my internet isn’t working? I’ve had an engineer come in, been placed on a “new Chanel” and a need hub come. Yet nothing is working! Payed 2 months worth of my subscription for no service…. Daylight robbery

    @bt_uk I'm done with the excuses and poor service. I just want to get out of this contract. So soooo poor. Worst company I've ever dealt with. My contract ends in October and I cannot wait.
