@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btsport @btsportmotogp how about you sort out your streaming service so the video stops freezing and audio keeps playing. It was a major issue last year and now is just as bad if not worse About time to look for another streaming service which actual fixes issues

@markril36127911 @bt_uk I closed my account cause I was told I physically could not have BT at the new house so had no choice but to close it yet still charged me despite being told many times I wasn't with them it's disgusting how they treat customers. I hope you get it sorted
