    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    Got to weigh in here and say @btsport your effort on opening day tonight for the baseball has been disgraceful. The compete lack of it has been bad enough, but the communication has been a shambles. Is it so hard to just send a quick tweet with an update 👎
