@bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

@bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

@bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk thanks for crediting my account (wrongly charged). I really need you to correct my credit record, it’s preventing me remortgaging and causing a lot of problems. Credit agencies say you should do this, but so far no luck with customer services. Please help!

@bt_uk Thanks, I’ve spoken to billing and they’ve said they would not do this,I’d need to raise it with credit agencies. Credit agencies confirm they cannot change data,they need you to do it. Possible to escalate to someone who can fix this error which is causing cost and distress?

@bt_uk 1) A few weeks ago I told you I was moving house, no problem. I told you the date changed, again no problem. Then you disconnected me on the original move date (18/10), two weeks prior to the amended move date.
