I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

When they haven’t even served a notice? The only issue here is if BT own the pylon? But if their apparatus is on it they are still responsible for for your lost service?.

T Irwin (@trevori2009) reported@bt_uk Hi, recently I turned off BT Sport contract (I’m a BT customer with log in details etc), tried this morning to buy monthly pass but isn’t happening as was being asked to create details or if I choose login there’s nowhere to buy the monthly pass, pity
