@bt_uk Yeah didn't help. It's only certain websites it won't load or play videos on.

  • okwuk Dave OKW (@okwuk) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

  • andrewball01 Andrew Ball (@andrewball01) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

  • okwuk Dave OKW (@okwuk) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

  • owenblue89 Sarah Owen (@owenblue89) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@samjhathaway @btsportfootball Shocking! Watching the match on mute he’s that bad. @btsport

@bt_uk Done :( this is a really awful situation to be put in. If you are going to charge customers then proper tracked delivery should be provided, not basic second class postage.

  • sheep12 Sean Anderson (@sheep12) reported

@bt_uk So if your are Investing in the networks why is it sooooooo slow for the roll out of full fibre to the prem?

  • ClickMarlow clickmarlow.co.uk 🕷 #FBPA 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@ClickMarlow) reported

.@bt_uk Your contempt for your customers knows no bounds when you use the excuse of personal security preventing a technical third party to follow up on email errors for client. I have an incident number but just need you to implement the agreed change. Why won't you?

  • mick8802 Mick (@mick8802) reported

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk I believe you have a short period where you can cancel and switch without penalty when they increase prices. Worth checking out. I done it last year with virgin but then they gave me a better deal to stay

  • PaulDufNufc Paul Duffy (@PaulDufNufc) reported

@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Talk talk with cityfibre using eero router, streaming multichannel footy no problems

  • iexpl0re1 iexpl0re (@iexpl0re1) reported

@bt_uk I was having an issue with the remote control

  • zece7 CZ (@zece7) reported

@bt_uk @beccynotbecky So you won’t be making any profit this year?? Load of rubbish. Your network usage won’t be increasing when everyone leaves as soon as possible, like myself. Absolute robbery.

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported

@bt_uk I've already had 3 engineers with an intermittent signal since December but you cant find the fault 😭

  • erm1104 Emma Rrrrr (@erm1104) reported

I do love a weaselly-worded email. @bt_uk at the top of my list, today. “We’re increasing the price of your service by 14.4%”. Actual increase to my monthly bill is 25%, because Line Rental Saver is no longer worth as much as it was, as a percentage of the increased cost. 🤔

  • Travis_M T_ (@Travis_M) reported

@bt_uk Yes, they 'send' an engineer (the 4th) who will say no problem, yet every test I run (on BT website) says there's a fault. I know there's a fault, BT knows there's a fault, why don't the engineers know there's a fault?
