I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Steff. (@Steff_) reported@bt_uk The WORST customer service. Incapable of sending a prepaid bag out to the correct address on 5 occasions. Then they charge £50. And now incapable of refunding after being advised 2 different refund dates and a cheque to which the account has now been closed. SORT IT OUT BT
