@bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk I have reported it thanks, I’m getting to be quite good at it! So we can be without a line, more than with one, and we won’t get compensation unless it’s not fixed after five days each time. If this keeps up we’ll be finding a provider that can supply us with a reliable service

@paulchowdhry @bt_uk @Ofcom Mate just had to lodge a complaint against 02, closed an account in March and refund was due and they still haven’t paid me back. Gave out wrong customer service numbers in emails and all sorts. Surely it’s illegal to do that. If the shoe was on the other foot and I owed them….

@bt_uk Thank you, but I’m watching it closely myself and I’ll definitely be seeking compensation if it’s not fixed within those five long days. If it keeps happening like this, I’ll be seriously questioning BT’s end of the contract! In other words, failure to supply a paid for service!
