@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btbusinesscare I have purchased BT a 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 1200. It says too close to the router (there's a good 3 walls between the devices). If I place it in the garage it produces a "blue signal" but the WiFi is then too slow for our devices to be used inside.

@bt_uk well done BT. Yet again you have messed up our service. After receiving letters, emails and calls advising our sky cinema was ending soon. We called and were advised that it wasn’t true - guess what no sky cinema!! 🤬.
