@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

@bt_uk OK all working again. Thanks for the reply but tbh it's not a reliable service atm. All locations of the disc's in a 3 bed semi are deemed poor. The idea is to have the disc's in different rooms to extend the range. The signal drops out regularly. 😕

They're also saying Ofcom would say the same. @bt_uk have called me today to say that they don't even know if they can supply me with broadband again. An actual Internet Service Provider. @bt_uk Your customer service is shocking all we wanted was to upgrade our package but your staff haven't got a clue how to do there job neither did the manager as I told him how much compensation will be paid each day you miss our install day 2 hours I was on the phone last night
