    @bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

    @bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

    @bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

    Watching @btsport and @JoleonLescott is on screen. Reminded me of a few years ago towards the end of his career, he turned down a move to Rangers FC because it was “too far from home”. Ended up at AEK Athens

    @bt_uk hey! I’ve been waiting for my internet to work since august! I’ve raised 2 complaints which you have ignored - expected 2 calls over two days which have never materialised. How many BT employees does it take to install broadband… I’m on 22 so far…

You’re paying for an ADSL service as by the looks of your screenshot Openreach haven’t laid fibre in your area. If you want quicker speeds then go to Virgin but you’ll not be getting any money back you silly goose

    @bt_uk - I’ve been on hold about 30 minutes trying and cancel my @btsport subscription. You’re not exactly helping the situation with these waiting times.
