    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk very poor service BT, Elderly at Parkwood Woodside Telford, being left without Telephone Lines until Friday, should be classed as urgent, their only contact with family.

    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk None of the above, they have been a customer for over 20 years and their phones and broadband were disconnected in error and now they have to wait for reconnection

    Never had such a bad customer experience in my life than I have had with @bt_uk. Was told I could cancel contract whenever last Feb. Come July, told I can't and have to either pay hundreds to cancel. Make them listen to the original phone call in Jan and *surprise* I was right.

    Here we go again @bt_uk! Why have you charged me an additional £10 to renew my broadband package. I've paid plenty over the last 2 years and I'm paying more now because I had to upgrade the package because of poor service. Terrible.

    @bt_uk it seems to have been resolved after every call and then I get an email saying that my bills are getting passed to a debt collection agency/the complaint has been closed. I think the end is in sight, but it's extremely frustrating that you can't email me the bill, and I can't

    @bt_uk we’ve been on the phone twice about being over charged on our account and told twice the issue has been resolved. We’ve now had over £450 pound taken out of our account and currently been put in a unplanned overdraft due to this. Can you please help?

    @bt_uk After seeming to solve the problem, the lovely customer service lady said she was going to process the refund and could she just put me on hold? On hold for 20 minutes and now she's just hung up. I can't believe it.

    @bt_uk Hi Luke! I’m awaiting broadband setup (26/02 until it starts) so took out the new hybrid connect add on thinking it would tide me over. It’s got such a poor performance though! 😞
