@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@AndyDouglas79 @bt_uk Was £44 per month that's with BT Sport, they can't come to fix it until Wednesday, a week & 1 day after install! Shocking! I will be calling them tomorrow & cancelling, I'll just stay with Virgin Media & pay there high prices
