@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@Ali_J_Dixon @bt_uk The issue is with Sky, we’ve been having the same problem. So has everyone which uses broadband through a different provider than Sky. Apparently they’re working on it (but no good for christmas films!)

@bt_uk really poor service, internet has been down a week at my parents house, kept saying an engineer was being sent out but no one showing up, missed doing a family christmas eve tradition today because we were waiting for a no show engineer.

@btsport How do I cancel my Monthly Pass? If I go to 'My BT' and then click on 'Your products' I see 'BT Sport - Add now' as an option which is odd as I can watch it already. I see no Monthly pass displayed on the 'Your Products' page. And I see no option to cancel.

@bt_uk Those 5 months were pre-paid. That's besides the point now, as the issue is that I was provided 1 month instead of 6.

What is going on @bt_uk? No phone line or wifi for 4 weeks. Not being able to see some family at Christmas due to Covid is one thing, but no signal means we can’t even call or FaceTime my brother or Mum in Australia on Christmas Day. @timfarron is there anything we can do?!

@bt_uk Hi, I received the email and added it to my Microsoft account. The issue is that instead of it adding onto my existing membership (5 months remaining, adding the 6 months on should've taken it to 11 months), it set the end date of 6 months from the day I redeemed it.
