@BritishTelecom @bt_uk Any idea when you are going to fix v26 of the BTCloud desktop client? Clearly untested before release. The forums are full of the AV issue and systray app crashes. V17 was perfectly ok.

Wow @bt_uk... first you cancel our internet, then we have to spend over an hour on the phone setting it back up, and also told we have to wait weeks to be reconnected, then you double charge us, and now after waiting in a queue for over and hour you hang up on me. Thanks.

@bt_uk have now been on hold for around an hour and a half. As we have just moved house and out broadband doesn’t work which we organsied to move over 3 weeks ago! Terrible customer service! I’m working from home as of Monday and I need WiFi!!!!
