@bt_uk No, but he said that he'd managed a faster Mbps by using a spare pair and checking it remotely meant that it wasn't necessarily checking the correct line.. (or words to that effect) (Bearing in mind a few years ago the line was torn down by a tree & there was still "no fault")

@bt_uk I was on the phone to customer service rep to try and get my broadband fixed and get compensation for a slow line. He cut me off! Is this what you call Customer Service?

@bt_uk Hi. Is there a known wifi issue in the Edinburgh area? I am getting a good connection hard wired to a router but wifi is terrible. I am using your wifi discs but they are all red, even after resetting. Thanks.

Very impressed with the @WeAreOpenreach service fixing our broadband. Sub 30mbps service for 4 weeks. Contacted @bt_uk last week, Openreach engineer Dave arrived today and identified a fault at the exchange... back up to 60mbps. Top job! Polite and friendly service from Dave too

@bt_uk Also, has the app changed recently. I now can't see how to set up the discs and when I go onto Your wifi network, it's trying to set my phone up on the Hub and I can't see the page where previously it set up and managed the discs.
