So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

@reason2485 @bt_uk I bought BT complete wifi so you get a booster disc with the router and then you're allowed up to 2 additional discs for your home if signal is poor. I pay £42 a month which I know is expensive but I get 70mbps in every room so worth it for me

@BrambleLulu @bt_uk You'll want @WeAreOpenreach for that - BT Retail don't actually maintain the physical network, that's done by the almost-separate-but-not-quite Openreach... who in fairness last time I reported a similar issue where I lived did come out and sort it a couple days later.
