    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

    So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

    @dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

    @bt_uk Hi, I don’t have a landline number to check. The blue light is on, I’ve checked the cables and reset the hub but my laptop is trying to connect. I’m using 4G on my phone as the wifi is not working on that, or my iPad

    @bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

    @bt_uk hi, my internet strength has been getting progressively worse. Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. I’m the sole user. Can someone help?

    @btbusinesscare I believe a complaint has been raised already IMP-108395502 but its not going to be much help if nobody does anything about that for a couple of days. The install is still booked for Monday 13th, as I refuse to move it to 29/09 which is what you claim is the next appointment
