    @dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

    @bt_uk That 4G 'backup' service 'just in case', well EVERY customer MUST have to rely on that. If your service was any good, then you would not need the 'backup' 4G. That is the reality. I am not grateful to have it. I should not need it.

Rang 151,left mobile number so could test landline, it rang back within mins, telling me option this, option 1 for update,to tell me they're bloody opening hours!!! @bt_uk are a joke! Still waiting on a refund from last time off!
