@bt_uk I raised a complaint re spam emails and it has now been closed with the issue still live. The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

@dysartes @bt_uk Yup! The issue is nuts. we moved during the pandemic in 2020. We had a delay in our move date but they cut us off (& the owners of the new house) anyway. So I rang up and threw toys at them.. but In order to get back connected (via 4g) so I could work, they needed a 2nd acc. 1/2

@bt_uk we have signed up for super fast WiFi! The engineer has come out today fitted all the cables then realised we haven’t got the hub and said it’s ok you’ll have you’re old WiFi. FF 2 hrs guess what “ NO WIFI “ No engineers available over weekend disgusting service !!!!!!!!!!
