    @bt_uk @BTCare lies, lies and more lies. 4K UHD still not working despite assurances from a manager and Executive Level Complaints it was sorted. Numerous calls, emails, chats and hours wasted and still not fixed. Will be cancelling all services with BT.

    @MrJJuK @Channy_lou12 last night the red button had the #astonvilla game on with ONE overhead camera and a crap commentator - while other game was on TWO channels. From Feb Sky will be able to supply BT Sport channels and set the price. #btsport

A) scotrail could/should be able to run an extra service, at a cost and make money. If not B) The SPFL should support fans and subsidise costs to help as many get to the games as possible

    @BTCare Yes, done all of which the website had asked. Reported it and and it says it will switch on the backup broadband until they fix it but still no working WiFi. Can you confirm Glasgow is having problems? If so I can wait it out but no need to pretend all is well if it's not

    @BTCare After 46 mins they answered. Unbelievable service levels. And clearly an on going issue. BT are now known for poor customer service. With so many service providers this needs to addressed before you lose more customers

    @BTCare been a customer for over 30 years. Spent 30 mins last night and 35 mins tonight ringing your customer service number. No response. Just looking so see what deal you can offer to keep me as a customer. I guess you don’t value your customers

    @BTCare You should really train your staff better then. I pointed that out to your customer service advisor and was told that even though it’s a different line there is a joined up database for every address that would inform @virginmedia that you were currently providing service.

    @BTCare no one has been out, i haven't been asked to do much at really, been sent a WiFi location info sheet (but that isn't the problem really!), and im getting called back next Tuesday (could be Saturday, but i said in the week is easier, (Next time lady is working again). #NotFair
