Claim they can’t even get me basic “copper” broadband in interim, despite telling me weeks ago they would. (I have confirmation emails). Now I’m just told I’ll get an update on the 2nd...not a solution. Happy New Year

    1/2 On the phone to @bt_uk to sort out my @btsport account and watch football on my phone. However your customer service agent isn’t very helpful and won’t listen to what I say. Now she won’t accept that I’m having issues even putting my email address in to get my BT ID and log.

    @BTCare Yes, done all of which the website had asked. Reported it and and it says it will switch on the backup broadband until they fix it but still no working WiFi. Can you confirm Glasgow is having problems? If so I can wait it out but no need to pretend all is well if it's not

    @BTCare You should really train your staff better then. I pointed that out to your customer service advisor and was told that even though it’s a different line there is a joined up database for every address that would inform @virginmedia that you were currently providing service.

    Just had the most RUDE agent online chat with @BTCare called Pratysha - told me something and then disconnected the chat. Terrible service. Funnily enough no service quality came up afterwards, or option to save the chat. I am aghast.
