@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk I hope so, my initial complaint was raised Tuesday morning and I haven't heard anything since then. I have spent 4h listening to a dial tone though, I strongly encourage BT to consider at least getting some hold music to make the initial wait more bearable.
