To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

There isn't an issue with the phone lines but the recent wind up here in Edinburgh has the branches bashing of the lines, so it's only a matter of time before the branches snap the wires, hence I'm trying to take preventive measures.

Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
