@bt_uk. thanks for cancelling. my broadband without my permission. was meant to get it installed on the 11th of october and i had issues the entire time on my account couldnt even track my order properly. and when i went to track it today it said it didnt exist! time wasters

@bt_uk Broadband did eventually return but it’s dreadfully slow, reminiscent of dial up in some instances. It was all working perfectly until 15:45 on Monday. I’m guessing something has been moved in the tele exchange. Will be reporting this as a fault.

@bt_uk yearrrrs ago was with BT left sky 5th sept to EE b/b hasnt worked out after 4 new hubs so signed up to BT hope we have better service
