James W (@JamesSuitsVox) reported@bt_uk Thx Martin - 7 weeks for activation date, 12 hrs on the phone, BT attempted to send an emergency 4g mini hub out not 1, not 2, but 3! times and all I’ve received is a sim that doesn’t work, BS and lies from your customer ‘service’ team. I’ll not hold my breath for a call back.

It can’t be fitted at their bungalow. They want to move back to their Halo 1 contract and you are refusing. Appalling service.

I've had 8 openreach engineers who come and smoke drugs outside my property and then walk off as they are contractors and can't be bothered.
