@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.

Moved home with @bt_uk who transferred my broadband to the new address. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. 10 days after the service was transfer they have now cut the service. With no explanation. 1/3

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work
