@bt_uk my line was hit by lightning I’ve had no broadband for 2 days. Can’t get through been holding for over an hour both days, tried the diagnostic bot but no one calls back. Cmon BT get your service sorted, I need my broadband for work.

@bt_uk Hi Sian, after Thursday night it seems tohave settled down to normal service. When the auto test requested by text was running we lost the internet connection on devices and the TV (Now box) we were watching... I guess that was part of the test. Thanks & Merry Christmas.

@bt_uk my broadband has been down all day (yes today of all days) and I’ve had to use my hotspot and have almost reached my monthly usage, surely BT can give me unlimited mobile internet until they get my broadband sorted

@bt_uk Been trying to access Pi Network app all day on phone connected to wifi turned wifi off and it connects instantly. Have you blocked Pi Network? if so why and is that legal surely I have rights as a consumer.
