@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.

@SunSport Shocking customer service. How can you charge for something they can't provide. Happy if they give the money to small clubs who can't pay staff etc with no gate funds. @SkySports @btsport

@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

@bt_uk a guy with ur van was outside our place at 6pm. After he left our broadband turned flashing red/orange and is now refusing to connect. Coincidence ? Why would someone interfere with a successful connection that has been trouble free for 2 years

@bt_uk Once again truly awful service - Charging me £62 per month for broadband when new customers can have it way cheaper. Charging me for cloud -didn't know i had it or being charged for it - been holding for 45 mins while someone trys to remove it. This is robbery !

@bt_uk since changing from regular Wi-Fi to business fibre optic my signal is absolutely horrendous on the Xbox - any way of signal boosters or anything to make it better or am I going to need to revert back to normal Wi-Fi?

@bt_uk moving your speed test to app only is ridiculous. I am a pc user mainly and want to test my connection on pc. Your advice also used to say use a wired connection as it eliminates potential problems with wifi. I don’t get your logic.

@bt_uk unbelievably poor service. So far have been offered 3 different dates for installation of my broadband, eventually got offered a date next week. Only to receive an email confirming my installation date of 28 April. What is going on??

@tulloch_homes @bt_uk Thank you, he was in touch this morning and gave me access to the house where the wifi is ready to use. The fault seems to be terrible communication between Outreach and @bt_uk who have cancelled my wifi order.
