    @bt_uk my line was hit by lightning I’ve had no broadband for 2 days. Can’t get through been holding for over an hour both days, tried the diagnostic bot but no one calls back. Cmon BT get your service sorted, I need my broadband for work.

    @bt_uk You are missing my point, they were promised they’d get the number TODAY, last time I explained to parents BT said they couldn’t have old numbers I had my mother in floods of tears for over 30 mins. MY PARENTS ARE REAL PEOPLE PLS TREAT THEM ACCORDINGLY

    @bt_uk are absolute scammers. Phoned to terminate my account when my contracted ended but they have no record so now I have to pay for a service I did not want and have not used. Yet during COVID when someone at @bt_uk randomly terminated my phone line & broadband 1/2

    Hi @EE I've got a mini hub provided by @bt_uk whilst waiting for my broadband to be installed, but why do I only get 15 mins of connection before it decides there's no signal? I'm on EE for my mobile in the same location and have full signal? Not useful

    @bt_uk Apparently their, old number is still available but, they can’t have the number they have had for 40+ years. No way to treat elderly loyal customers

    @bt_uk and the complaint. Managers never call, even though I get a text from BT to say they will, I cannot talk to anyone bar the staff who answer the call, they apparently do not have the authority to put me through to anyone else.

    @bt_uk Their name is intentionally deceptive, and they target this area far too frequently. My concern is for neighbours who are older/vulnerable, and may be less able or minded to resist a doorstop pitch. This is an awful method of promoting your services, and sullies the name of BT.
