@bt_uk my line was hit by lightning I’ve had no broadband for 2 days. Can’t get through been holding for over an hour both days, tried the diagnostic bot but no one calls back. Cmon BT get your service sorted, I need my broadband for work.

So @Virgin I had broadband installed on Friday, went okay. 28 hours later and now we have no Internet, and your automated system has told me to wait 24 hours before I can even request a technician. Really glad I've still got @bt_uk broadband. Sure, it's slow, but it works.
