Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

@BTCare It was @TalkTalk who requested end of my BT services directly (I was already out of contract having been a customer for many years). They've left me in a very bad position -no internet service, no option other than to sign up for 24m BT or wait for line to be provisioned for TT

@bt_uk my 89 year old mother in law has been without a phone for nearly 6 weeks now. She doesn’t have a mobile and she has serious health problems. She has contacted you numerous times via a friends phone but to no avail. I think this is unacceptable treatment of one living alone

@bt_uk I raised a fault a few hours back to be told it was a generic issue in Riseley so they weren’t interested. It seems you aren’t either. It is appalling that unlike Sky you are unable to give an update on an expected fix. At least you can speak to someone at Sky, not get fobbed off

@sixhourssouth Likewise , not bothered about watching them for the first time in my 28 years of supporting them. Cancelled @btsport and going to cancel @SkySports also due to the so called top 6 corruption. The league is anti competitive, and we can compete ! What’s the point !
