@bt_uk elderly mother changed 2 BT last month hoping 4 better customer service. Unasked u changed her number. Has called numerous times - always spks to kind sympathetic ppl who tell her it can be resolved but then never call back or sort out the problem. V distressed now

Do not use @bt_uk! They are honestly the worst company I have ever come across. Left a home run business without internet for the past week and hasn't even tried to offer any alternative or offered any help!

@bt_uk Hi BT! Your phone line suggested I tweet you instead. We had an engineer visit to install broadband today and he said he couldn’t move our socket until after 29th May. He asked us to call back and rearrange another visit to do so. Please help?
