    @SunSport Shocking customer service. How can you charge for something they can't provide. Happy if they give the money to small clubs who can't pay staff etc with no gate funds. @SkySports @btsport

    @bt_uk Aged 89 with dementia, forced to wait 20 MINUTES for a @bt_uk customer service rep just to answer the phone. Why should they hire more staff when they can just transfer the pressure and inconvenience onto the customers (who generate their profit). OUR TIME = THEIR ££££££££

    @bt_uk 30 plus years with you…I can honestly say I have NEVER known such appalling customer service. I am STILL without broadband one week on, and no further ahead! Time to switch providers! Oh and to contact @Ofcom about the matter!

    @bt_uk What further work? It was to upgrade/replace my Wi-Fi at the end of the contract term. I was told it was unforeseen circumstances & was offered 4-6pm today but I couldn’t do that, so what further work was needed to connect my service?

    Appalling (lack of) service from @bt_uk Be wary of renewing contracts over the phone. Agreed discount has not been applied to account for BT Sport. Have told them call time so they can listen but just useless. Waiting on hold for ages and never receive the promised call back.

    @bt_uk Hi .. any chance someone could contact me instead of me having to wait 45 mins to get through? Have received text saying our issue has been resolved and mini hub to be returned. Our issue hasn’t been resolved at all.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk despite waiting 57 minutes before BT tech could speak to me today and the engineer not turning up, I received an email just now - which I’m unable to respond to saying “We’ve close your complaint”. Huh???? Your ref: VOLO13-725955054880. My broadband hasn’t been fixed yet!!

    @bt_uk My issue is that this specific HUB problem is well known to BT and I was sent an engineer to sort it out. They sent the wrong sort of engineer who couldn’t. And as it WASN’T a problem with Apple then BT should have sorted it.

    @bt_uk Had my call, still no progress, you still can't get hold of the patch lead. Hang your heads in Shame, BT. Disabled and without BB since 20th August.

    @bt_uk Sure, you would hope so. They seemed genuinely a little confused that I was already running a non-BT VoIP service over the line. Vonage are telling me this absolutely can be done, but I'm not sure I have the energy to find someone at BT who agrees!
