    @OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

    @bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.

    @bt_uk my line was hit by lightning I’ve had no broadband for 2 days. Can’t get through been holding for over an hour both days, tried the diagnostic bot but no one calls back. Cmon BT get your service sorted, I need my broadband for work.

    @bt_uk Less than 6 months since our last ongoing, very escalated issue, we are now having constant connection drops, constant speed drops and all round shoddy service once again, with no explanation or any problems indicated in this area?

    @bt_uk I signed up a new account and assigned myself to our business account. I have not received the new account verification email so I can’t verify it. Tried several times. Is there a problem at your end? Other emails coming through.

    @bt_uk offer the worst customer service I’ve ever known. In the last week I’ve totalled 5 hrs of phone calls to them. Each one another lie and promise from staff. Now on hold to cancel my contract and go to sky. Absolutely shocking customer service.

    @ealexhudson @bt_uk I have just connected and disconnected to a VPN and its now working. Still something wrong here as that isn't a solution I want to do daily.

    @bt_uk It's such a shame you are all under the same brand. BT Retail wants to look sleek, modern & technologically advanced, but BT Group spoils this by leaving these relics of the past to rot on our high street. As part of the 'group' please alert your Directors to the brand damage.
