@bt_uk my line was hit by lightning I’ve had no broadband for 2 days. Can’t get through been holding for over an hour both days, tried the diagnostic bot but no one calls back. Cmon BT get your service sorted, I need my broadband for work.

@bt_uk I'm the only one downloading this particular file, and I doubt Google Drive has issues with how many people download from it on a daily basis. I'm the only one downloading in my house. The download goes fine, at a fine speed, until it just randomly fails out of the blue

@bt_uk thank you for your reply regarding the landline faults at Peasedown st John. Fault was reported 22nd July and originally due to fix by 29th July which was not good enough, now showing not until 5th Aug--how can this be ? Not good enough

@bt_uk Internet and phone down all day. Just had a reply from your bot to say an engineer will investigate on FRIDAY!!! This is MONDAY . A minimum of 5 days with no service. Just not good enough by a long way!!
