@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.

@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

@bt_uk I’ve tried to raise the issue with Openreach but their complaints procedure hardly covers this issue I’m trying to resolve. Llanishen Exchange in Cardiff needs to have the front of the site tidied up, grass cutback and made to look reasonable. It’s disgraceful and needs sorting!

@bt_uk shockingly poor service. Three weeks notice that we are moving home. Two weeks in new home and still no broadband. Spending hours calling and having to repeat information. No satisfactory resolutions offered despite over 15 years as a broadband customer!

@bt_uk Dee, we were contacted (email) saying sorry we were leaving. We had no intent to leave. We called (4 conversations) pre cut off. Given assurances. May 30 we were cut off service anyway. I’ve made 5 calls since then.Yesterday being the last. No one can help it seems.
