Absolutely raging at @bt_uk right now. A full week my Halo package hasn’t been working and your bloody 4G mini-hub is useless. Can’t even contact customer service. Letting people down when they need it most. Contract renewal on 29th June 👋🏻

@bt_uk @BTCare If we have a power outage. I need to be able to make calls. If our heating goes off I need to make alternative arrangements for my mother in law accommodation or call engineers. My mobile signal is not reliable. Yes. It works some times. But I need a land line for peace of mind

@bt_uk all our devices in our house have been booted off our WiFi network and when we try to reconnect on all devices it say incorrect password we have also tried forgetting network and reconnecting and this fail any idea what is going on

To let people know, @bt_uk have emailed me (and many others?) saying that soon phone will move to 'digital voice' i.e. internet based phone system. The crucial issue is that they admit calls including to 999 will not work if there is a power cut. This is surely really unsafe.

@bt_uk Good evening. My Internet has been down for 4 hours and I urgently need it for meetings tomorrow from Noon (UK time). Please can you advise what the fault is? From Google, that looks to be the case. I don't think there's an issue at my end as everything else is working.

Nice to know that @bt_uk cannot offer any technical support whatsoever for hotspot users who are not also BT customers. Avoid the service if you need to access the internet without continuous faults and no recourse for customer support or even complaints

No stream today folks due to internet issues, no internet at all now Phoned @bt_uk, engineer coming out on Wednesday Hopefully sourcing another router for tomorrow, will keep you posted. 200 PPs for tomorrow, another 100 on Wednesday if we can’t get on. The send shall happen.

@bt_uk So sad, can’t afford cost of living and no longer my broadband. 12mth con. Left, told to suck it up and pay £38 a month. It’s a week of food shop. Help please .
