Absolutely raging at @bt_uk right now. A full week my Halo package hasn’t been working and your bloody 4G mini-hub is useless. Can’t even contact customer service. Letting people down when they need it most. Contract renewal on 29th June 👋🏻

@Forces_TV rapidly becoming one of the best channels on TV but alas it's no longer showing on the BT box because of weak signal in the Sunderland area so cannot watch, or record anything for catch-up later. Is this a transmitter issue? @bt_uk Still getting it via Freeview on TV

@bt_uk Hey BT, it's really strange and a bit unfair that you offer a lower price to new customers and are not able to offer attractive offers for renewing customers. My quoted price to renew is 15.4% higher than a new customer. Don't you think it should be a bit equal?

@bt_uk Its too late now. Its been rescheduled for the 16th. Shes staying with my sister till then for safety. Im just disappointed that I convinced her to quit Virgin to go with BT because Virgin were poor, only to be let down instantly by BT. New customers obviously arent important.

seriously leaving @skytv - tired of all these problems , either it just disconnects randomly, it buffers like crazy, or it keeps freezing during videos , the ammount of times ive disconnected from an online game from this wifi , wonder if @bt_uk will be better
