Robin St.Clair (@Uberseehandel) reported@bt_uk I think that BT got a response from the DWP database and decided there wasn't a 100% match on the surname, BT doesn't have my NI number or DOB, which I filled in, so reported that the surname was "wrong". I'm used to this problem, but not all computer systems can cope.

You have no problems sending advertising emails but can't communicate when your systems break? You need to change the management of that whole unit, useless all of them

Martyn Kelly (@martynkelly) reported@bt_uk As a BT customer, if I log into My BT, it says I can't get any broadband upgrades past 67mbps copper, but if I visit your site and say I'm not a BT customer, I'm offered up to 900mbps fttp. Why is this, out of interest? What do I have to do to get fttp? Cancel and sign up?
