@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk the worst customer service possible. No internet since 21st of sept. 5 different fix dates pushed back. No updates on whats being fixed when. no updates online on the fault tracker. 4 separate promised call backs to update - no calls at all. awful

@bt_uk have not had wifi in over a week, due to a fault. Ticket closed without warning or being resolved, no calls from customer services and no new hub as promised. Your service is a shambles and I need this resolved or I will cancel my contract. Please advise.

@btcare wifi speed now continually dropped to less than 20mbps ... despite your assurances that my minimum guaranteed download speed will be 50 Mbps. please advise on fix .. and why this has happened? Thanks
