@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

Just a fun anecdote to add @bt_uk...we've spoken to at least 4 people about this and have been cut off every time. I have now driven to a car park in the hope of actually getting to speak to someone who can fix this problem. Pls help.

@bt_uk Dont bother.. I've contacted bt hundreds of times and just been messed about, even the engineer shocked how **** it is and couldn't fix it.. I get speed of 2mbps (if I'm lucky) and it's been like this all year, amazing thanks! Can't wait to switch & be able Skype friends again
