We had a engineer book in today that had be mysteriously cancelled without informing us. Now can't even book in an engineers appointment. Even my complaint wasn't actually raised.

It was successful, but my account was closed, and i no longer have access. But today, i received the router. Will i need to return this? Still unopened in the box.

Christopher Bayley💙 (@lydenburg1) reported@BTCare so apparently I get charged for calls people make to me when I'm in usa even if phone turned off or on airplane mode. I'm told it's my fault as I have my allowance set to £5 over my bill which is not enough for USA. So only solution I can see is post mobile back to UK
