@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

Dear @bt_uk, I want view my last bill. When I select “Your bills > Your billing history” I get asked to login. On login, it sends me to the “Make a Payment page”. And so I go round and round in circles. I don’t want to make a payment. I pay on DD. I WANT to view my bill!!!

@bt_uk I am tweeting in the hope that doing so will get somebody to come and install the broadband I ordered on 20th of February. Your service has been awful. Waiting over a month for installation with no date in site is utterly unacceptable! #shambles #useless

@bt_uk Openreach have installed my fibre but I still don’t have a hub or an active order. I’ve spoken to 7 different BT call centre staff over the last 2 weeks and spent over 4 hours on the phone. No-one can help. I just want to be connected!
