    @bt_uk There isn’t that’s the problem... everytime the track order says update on such a date it then just says delayed. Really is disgraceful.

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk can you explain why daily on your app I get “ token expired “! I am constantly having to log in. I read that there is a problem with the app. When will this be rectified ??

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    Raised a complaint about 2 hrs ago with @bt_uk, to receive an email saying, 'Thanks for getting in touch with us recently. We're pleased we could help. We've now closed your complaint. Your ref no is VOL013-656792648843. No one has even discussed it with me! #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk my 77yo mum and dad have been without a phone line for 3 months. My mum is involved in many charities and community groups. Cant receive calls due to your incompetence at sorting out the issue. Now been without broadband for a month and promised calls but nobody calls.

    Yesterday at 4pm my parents gave @bt_uk the 1 month’s notice to cancel their broadband (well out of contract). So, guess what… BT are billing them for another month, charged them £18 for “early cancellation” on top, and then shut off their internet this morning. My dad is 83.

    I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭
