@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@OpenreachHelp Hi Dan, there is no service in their new house as they’ve emigrated - the @bt_uk service is sitting unused. It seems absolutely ludicrous to replace the ONT with a 4 port for a property that only needs 1 FTTP service because of a BT admin issue!

TV broadband saga continues. STILL nowhere near getting them & now seems the problem is not @bt_uk but @OpenreachHelp! Due to ‘problems with engineers’ they can’t close my line till 1/9!! That’s the earliest I can place a new order 😩 I moved on 29th July!!

@alibi_channel I'd love to watch it. However, I'm with @bt_uk & their channel availability is ****. Being as they don't include Alibi (or the channel, W) in their premium TV packages. Bizarrely, they do in their bare bones Entertainment package. For the extortionate fees they charge, it's poor.
