@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk Here's a question, we've got Sky broadband. The landline hasn't worked for a while but as it's 2022 we could survive that. Here's the good bit....one of your Engineers came to fix the phone a week ago, couldn't but managed to leave us with no internet as well ! 7 days that is 🤬

@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.
