@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@BTCare hi there in the last three days I’ve had 4 calls from Indian sounding callers claiming to be BT wanting to check my equipment as they can tell my internet line is not secure or there is a problem with it. These are scammers. Anything you can do?

@bt_uk Unfortunately yes. We are in a doom loop of calls, line tests, engineer visits and guesses as the problem cannot be identified. Given you offer a 4G back up service it would seem fair to put that in if the fault cannot be resolved.
