@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

@BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@bt_uk HELP. The tn baby monitor I paid £150 for is faulty and I need a replacement but your help desk just rings for ages and then cuts off. This is not acceptable. For the price you pay it should have no issues. But a quick google shows it’s common with this product. 1/2

@bt_uk thanks. is this dealing with BT problems that are fixed or user problems which aren't fixed? My d/l speed is usually good though that changes slightly (20-30% in the day but I don't download much so it's no big deal, a speed test observation) Why are upload speeds so variable?

@bt_uk And the issues I’m having is paying you for the fastest broadband service and having my router lose connection multiple times daily, had an engineer out a week ago scratching his head, did something at the sub which lasted 5 days now since yesterday multiple disconnects in 24hrs.

@bt_uk Was due a call on the 14th and 17th according to the portal that tracks the complaint but got neither. Was due the replacement mini hubs 15th and then the 17th and not had those either. All in all a shocking experience and I did warn them that if I didn't get a call I would tweet
