    @Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    @BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

    @bt_uk Every time I do this, it says you’ve found a fault. Then I have to take a day off work for you to organise an open reach engineer. He then turns up and says he can’t see a problem via his tests and leaves. It’s a vicious cycle.

    @MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk On a daily basis more and more services are reliant on WiFi, there are a number of businesses in postcode NN12 8PL which cannot fluidly function due to unstable, erratic and at times, non-existent connection 😤😡 URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!

    @Nusbacher @bt_uk @bt_global I second that. Ever since the pandemic hit, major service providers have used it as an excuse for very poor customer service. On numerous occasions, I have paid a premium price for overnight packages, through UPS and FedEx. Only to have the packages show up 3-4 days late.

    @bt_uk Thank you Eileen. However I recall sending it back well over a year ago because it had broken (a replacement was due to be sent) just before lockdown. When Covid hit I forgot to chase up and never got replacement.
