I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
