I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.

I read on one of the BT Community forums that the addition of a wi-fi extender into the network can cause this issue... that would make sense as I’ve recently bought one (a BT model incidentally). Can you offer any advice if that’s the cause?
