@bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@jeffreyjohnbell @bt_uk Whenever you get a work culture that's dominated by males you get the "laddish" macho bullshit. At 18 I worked in an office in the Met largely staffed by over 50's ladies. Those old gels were so lovely to work with and some of my best managers have been female. The worst blokes.

@bt_uk No! This is a problem that BT has literally refused to do anything about. Large parts of the area are supplied with appalling broadband coverage from the Bermondsey exchange because BT is simply an unfit provider. Meanwhile Hyperoptic supply my flat with 1GB. You are pathetic.
