@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley. Unfortunately the issue has been going on for over 10 years now. It’s quite frankly gone beyond a joke. To add insult to injury a new school is being built in front of me and has already have fibre installed as have all the flats around us.

@bt_uk So now there's just no timeframe whatsoever? That could be weeks from now, there's no incentive on your part to fix the issue because the only compensation we're getting is £8 a day, which no problem for BT at all since that money's probably being made by the company per second

@bt_uk I would be very surprised if it is something offered in our area, we have severe problems that have been ongoing for years and you know about them. We don't have the infrastructure in the village it seems. We can't even get good basic WiFi let alone a package!
