@bt_uk I'd have a much brighter opinion of @BTGroup if it was just on. It is after all a network service that in this day and age should be on. I've turned it on for my elderly mother who has been plagued by these calls. I hear of others falling for the calls and losing £1000s.

@bt_uk Initially we assumed it was because you were still fixing it - the times it’s going off seemed to be at very specific. We’ve checked the service status page a couple of times and it said it’s ok. We’ve booked an engineer (1)

@bt_uk terrible customer service again and we've only been with you for two weeks.. Engineer finally gets us connected but won't get the hub where we needed it (Central) but assures us it's ok as BT will just give you a booster (you'll need two). Lo and behold you will not!!

@bt_uk The BT engineer who installed everything didn’t leave enough cable to reach the tv directly . So I’ve no idea how to fix this at all . The issue is still happening
