@bt_uk Kevin, 2nd March came to install, found obstruction, needed a follow up survey. Nothing further. Obstruction now gone. Still nothing. BT keep chasing Openreach. Still nothing. Just me and BT customer services having regular conversations that end with a promise to escalate.

@bt_uk please can someone look into why the internet (and therefore also our phone) has stopped working in NN29 (Wollaston). I am aware @gigaclear are due to start work in the village. Is that the reason? Not been informed of planned loss of service. #workingfromhome

@bt_uk no internet or broadband connection. My partner was the person who was responsible for this account but passed away last month. Not sure if we have an issue with direct debit payment as the bank account is frozen until estate is sorted out but I would make payment asap
